Sounds good, more choice, the better. Let the market work.
Just try to get it fixed when something breaks
SOL
I don't think it's a big deal to fix this car as long as the dealership exists.
Main concern is the range and if this car can retain its ground on the highway or it's good for localize driving and groceries only.
with the roads we have here those cars will last 3 days before they break
25mph top speed. 3kw max charge speed (240v). 8 or 12kwh battery, claimed 60-90mi range, No power steering, no ABS, no Aircon, no Bluetooth in base model, no Carplay or Android auto in any model.
Sounds more like a mobility scooter to me.
It’ll be the Cadillac of golf carts in all those trailer park retirement communities 😂
If something breaks, your on your own. Cheap stuff comes with a price.
Great for 15 minute ciries!
Looks like a mobile surveillace unit and potentially a remotely detonated chinese battery bomb.
Cost is no the only obstacle!! Chargers take too long and are few and far between, the fact that EV are way way worse polluting that gas vehicles, and if you breakdown or run out of power you are screwed vs someone bring you gas. Hybrids are the way to go. F the EVS!!!!!
Capitalism is about having choices. F the hybrids! worst of any option… why? The tiny gas engine needs to drag around a heavy battery. The heavy battery needs to haul around an oily high maintenance ICE engine. Pick one, not both.
Hybrids are the beta max of autos. Here today, gone tomorrow
@@ClownCarCoup You may be right. But Toyota disagrees. They are betting big on Hybrids. We shall see how the future unfolds.
