Yay! Upload after so long made my day. I live for your videos and this is like a big jackpot I hit! Any way, the tips were amazing as ever❤ 1. Planning 2. Preparing in advance 3. Ask for help when needed 4. Make notes that you learn the best from 5. Take breaks 6. Teamwork, help each other learn 7. Find a study environment that suits you the best 8. Self care, reward yourself often
I've been pushing myself too hard in school and trying to make my notes look pretty with very expensive stationary I've been asking my parents to buy. Thats what I thought I needed for good grades and a better productive life in general and what I thought was your secret because you are one of my biggest role models. But with these video everything has changed, for good. Thank you so much for being who you are and for making me understand that I have to find balance in myself, love myself and that way I can be productive and love what I do. Sorry for this long letter, I needed to get it out of my system, I hope you see this :)
Yea as beautiful and organized as her notes are, they are not practical or economical. The highlighters, erasable pens, markers, whitelined paper are super expensive. Her notes seem to be more of an art and used to show off how cutesy she is. She was definitely a #goals RUclipsr for me but when I actually tried to implement all the colors, graphs, designs perfectly like her, I lost countless hours. As long as u can read the notes and retain information then you can also make straight As. These videos can easily give people anxiety thinking this is what u should do to be a successful student. Even though she says “this is not the way u have to do it” but proceeds to show off her perfect work. I dont see how any of these are helpful. They are the same as instagram models making young girls think this is how they should look. Maybe now that she is older, she has realized that picturesque instagram school notes should not be GOALS. But learning and retaining material and life skills are. :)
I shed a tear when she said that treating yourself (myself) with kindness is important. And that I am not a burden for asking questions. I'm so frustrated by the inefficiency I've been doing for these last 2 days. And, now, here I am, I stumbled on your video, and it actually helps me a lot. It re-motivated me and it r-inspired me.
I just find myself nodding at every. single. thing. that you're pointing out. I just finished my first year at uni too and I can totally relate to everything that you've stated. Missed your videos so much! Looking forward to more 🧡
Omg, I'm late, but I couldn't help but gasp and jump when I saw this! Even though you don't upload often, I hope you understand we all LOVE your videos and don't care how long we have to wait for them! Keep up the great work, stay smart, and enjoy university! They're usually considered the best years of your life. Please don't feel pressure to do this, we won't be disappointed! Because you know what? It's Studytee!
Literally 10 days till school begins. And I'm so happy to have found your channel! This gives me inspiration to study harder... cuz I really need to study harder lmao. Keep on going💜💜💜
Honestly, I've learned A LOT from you since I subscribed!! I learnt the importance of TIME, and a balanced yet HAPPY life. I know how much university work and studies you've got to do, but taking out time for us so kind of you!! Thank you soo much!
I just finished my first year of university and I had a lot of these same takeaways too. While it was a tough adjustment, I've learned a lot so far, and it seems like you have too. Great video, and thanks for sharing your tips!
You're finally back! We've missed you so much ❤️❤️ One important thing I'll like to say is that it's okay to not know what you want to be. With that, don't feel like it's a waste of time if you don't go straight to uni after highschool. I know it's a lot of pressure, especially from parents but you will find your way. A year off or a semester off for yourself to figure out your life is not "wasting your time" you are still young with so much potential. Don't give up to the influence of others. It may take awhile but everyone goes on their journey at their own speed, whether they be taking a year off or starting post secondary in the fall. You will get through this.
studytee im so glad that you have taught me how to be a organized person and also with my grades I passed 7th grade with honors awards and perfect scores and I’m so happy that you inspired me . So glad your back and also wanted to say your voice is so warming I love it
You can enjoy her videos and I’m in no way saying you can’t, but your homework is more important than a RUclips video. Please do focus on your studies too! Her videos are very entertaining but please study for a good future!
I tried billet journaling and making everything really pretty and drawing for every monthly spread but as I got to third year I realized it was becoming a chore rather than something fun and keeping me organized. You don’t need a fancy planner to be productive
I can see why a lot of us are afraid to ask questions. I have this girl in my class that likes to get attention from the teachers so she constantly asks them dumb questions and they answer them anyways trying to be nice. Probably a lot of us are afraid to ask a dumb question and look dumb or sound annoying but remember that as long as the question is relevant and smart there's no way you'll look bad and you'll also help the others understand the subject a little more! So be brave💪 Btw I'm so glad you're back! I LOVE your videos!
i started my first year of university this August and this come to notification, thank you so much, really. it helps me a lot because i was confused of what to improve and what to do to improve my university life. thank you soooooo much 😭❤
This is everything!! I’ve gone from using an over detailed planner to using a month to month planner because it’s easier for me to manage my time when everything is spread out on one page. I’m so glad I’m not the only one! Thank you for sharing 💗
I plan to go to school in January & this video was so helpful! Taking breaks is so important because I experienced burnout before and honestly, it was horrible. We all need to be kind to ourselves and take breaks!
For some reason, I want to move back to my old house. It has an extra room beside the living room, that place used to be my study environment (and my dad even put my piano there!) Plus, I want to get the white table you use for writing on! I also want to get a clear triple drawer thingy to store my stationery sideways. Why am I so greedy?!
she's amazing so many people say this stuff and it feels like I only believe it from her you changed my life I want to be a doctor now and you helped me not to be sacred of medical school anymore
I’ve been watching your videos and I’ve been so inspired. Just this year I’ve started being this organized and even my classmates noticed. I’ve become more inspired to study and I like this version of me building a study habit

thank you so much for this video, these tips have gone beyond the basic " be organized and time management". I have also finished my first year of university and I'm excited to take into account your tips for my next year of university 🤗 i went into my first year with no plan, but this video gave me a bit of guidance 🤗💜💝
- I have a homework/study to do list for school. It is a plain A5 grid dot book that where during class every day I write down what homework and study i have for each subject. At the bottom I place a to do list of things to do after school. It was only $2 and better than any other fancy journal. - I also have a copy of my syllabus for each subject in a compact bound book that helps me check of content as I go, its 10 or so pages for all my classes and has check boxes for all subtopics. - Using post-its on your notes during class is great for noting down: - key points and definitions to learn, or write notes for. - things you have to go over, define or write notes on - tasks and homework -things you dont understand -equations - I literally study in my kitchen at the bench. Its whats best for me! - Set timers and alarms to keep track of time, developing your sense of time is really important for getting tasks done and exam taking. - I find typing up clear summary and definitions is a great way to revise important content. - If you cant focus or dont want to study, start by formatting some notes with images or making them look good, it can get you started and motivated to learn. - Laminating and making posters or flash cards is almost like making art as well as giving yourself good study tools for the future and helping you learn. - Study as you go! As you learn something study it and write notes making it easier for later - Keep documents and files organised by topic, date or subject (or all three, or more!) What ever makes it easiest for you to access your work. - I create a labelling system that relates to my syllabus dot-points / course content: eg; Chemistry M1-T1-S1 This means, chemistry module one, main topic one, sub topic one. I label my notes, syllabus and flash cards with this so if my teacher tells me to revise "Stoichiometry" I know that topic is Chemistry M2-T2-S2 and I can find everything with that!
So happy to see a video from you again! These tips were great and it gave me a bit more clarity. I will definitely try to treat myself and take off days. I'm such a control freak that I forget how to relax😅 one thing I learnt this year is that not everything is a competition and I don't need to force things. I realized that you can't be good at everything and you dont have to be better than everyone else - just try and improve on yourself! I cant wait for your next video!
This is so accurate! I just completed my first year at college and I couldn’t believe how I spent so much money on fancy school supplies and I barley even needed any of it, I found that tutoring is amazing, taking a break is IMPORTANT as long as you do that correctly, and don’t worry about making pretty notes because chances are your professors are lecturing so quickly you do NOT have that time. Honest video!❤️
Geez! All of these are actually applicable for me! I am into fancy enough planner before, like the actual planner that I always bring with me, but then on my first year in senior high, I realized that it is more convenient, efficient, and reliable to use my mobile phone in making my to-do list and planning my sched especially that I always bring my phone with me almost everywhere than my planner and notepads. I am also using simpler notes using two colors of pens (black and green) and one color of highlighter per semester (different color of highlighter in the topic header makes it easier to identify what chapter/semester my notes are without labeling them), compared to my colorful notes last year. The "advance studying" is also helpful and makes me more interested about the lesson. It also helps me to remember the lesson up until the exams. Lastly, the studying environment (as well as study habits). For 4 years, I've been experimenting on my study environment and habits. Wahahaha. All in all, I'd say that I can relate to this video! 😊😊😃 Waahh! I missed you so much!! Love you!!😍😍 xoxo
I love the first advices, they are very helpful because most of the time what’s stopping me is that I feel like i need to make a pretty bullet journal lay out to accomplish some tasks when really that’s just an excuse from laziness. Thank you 😊 !
Sleep. Sleep the afternoon but make sure to wake up at night. Because of my workload, I sleep like I’m napping in the afternoon and work from night to morning

2:22 really! I also in my 3 grade starting preparing the chapter before the explanation, And the next day it was so fun to listen the explanation and be the first to answer teacher's question, from that day, I prepare the chapter before the explanation❤
Thank you studytee for all the inspiration! In my high school, you're the reason why I strive my best to study hard. I hope you will be successful in your life. 💓💓☺️☺️

Great video! I just had my first year at UNI as well, and i agree totally! I love to study in the library, because it inspires me to sit around shelves of books while listening to the sound of people calmly talking around me. Im like you on the studyhalls. Its too quiet and i dont like it. The second semester was very hard for me, because i pushed myself too hard and i didnt plan much. So i was in a constant state of feeling like i had to study all the time. I have taken inspiration from many of your videos to prepare for the semester this time, and i look forward to study again :)
Thank you very much for sharing what you've learned in uni! I'm starting school next week and I'm definitely anxious about how to cope, and your tips definitely answered most of my questions

thank you so much for this video, these tips have gone beyond the basic " be organized and time management". I have also finished my first year of university and I'm excited to take into account your tips for my next year of university 🤗 i went into my first year with no plan, but this video gave me a bit of guidance 🤗💜💝
you should try the reusable notebook called rocketbook everlast. i know a few people buying it for school and i'm curious to see how you would use it
- I have a homework/study to do list for school.
- Using post-its on your notes during class is great for noting down:
- key points and definitions to learn, or write notes for.
- things you have to go over, define or write notes on
- tasks and homework
-things you dont understand
-equations
- I literally study in my kitchen at the bench.
As you learn something study it and write notes making it easier for later
- Keep documents and files organised by topic, date or subject (or all three, or more!) What ever makes it easiest for you to access your work.
- I create a labelling system that relates to my syllabus dot-points / course content:
eg;
Chemistry M1-T1-S1
This means, chemistry module one, main topic one, sub topic one. I label my notes, syllabus and flash cards with this so if my teacher tells me to revise "Stoichiometry" I know that topic is Chemistry M2-T2-S2 and I can find everything with that!
Mia Lane thanks for the tips!
You should try ASMR ! Your Voice is so calming
Thank you so much. Now I realize how important is self-care when it is necessary . 😘
Could you make a left handed pens/notebooks video? I'm struggling out here with my smudged up hand and binder ring indentations too!
Turn the paper sideways, I've never had the smudging problem with that, just need a bit more space for that lol
So happy to see a video from you again! These tips were great and it gave me a bit more clarity. I will definitely try to treat myself and take off days. I'm such a control freak that I forget how to relax😅 one thing I learnt this year is that not everything is a competition and I don't need to force things. The "advance studying" is also helpful and makes me more interested about the lesson. It also helps me to remember the lesson up until the exams.
Lastly, the studying environment (as well as study habits). For 4 years, I've been experimenting on my study environment and habits. Wahahaha.

I love the first advices, they are very helpful because most of the time what’s stopping me is that I feel like i need to make a pretty bullet journal lay out to accomplish some tasks when really that’s just an excuse from laziness. Thank you 😊 !
I always get home from school really tired, and I really want to study but I'm out of energy.
How do you deal with this?
Sleep. Sleep the afternoon but make sure to wake up at night. Because of my workload, I sleep like I’m napping in the afternoon and work from night to morning
Take 10-20 min power naps :)
snowflake Night TO morning??! how you do dat
