Fireboss scooping

My camera got to go on an adventure without me, doing some Fireboss spring training in California.
It seems like a real wild ride while scooping! Unfortunately my camera was being fickle and shut off before they practice drop.

I wish I had that footage, but the camera crapped out. They were practicing on a cliff face with a steep approach. It would have been awesome footage.

Quick question, Do you also utilize any fuselage storage tanks in addition to what I'm assuming are tanks in the floats?

There aren't any tanks in the floats, it all goes up into an 800 gallon tank that sits in front of the pilot and behind the engine.

@@SimonButler Thanks for replying. Okay, so is the force of the water when you extend the scoops great enough to fill your tank without the need for a pump?
