So interesting. I like your palette on the side versus tabletop.Thank you for sharing your process with us! I have some questions… I have only ever seen a warm undertone on a painting. Why did you choose a grey undertone and why do you also use grey under your paint pallet?
Gray pallet let's you see your highest lights and darkest darks and be able to compare every shade in-between more easily. Good for value finding! It's also useful for determining color temperature when applying colors. If you have two piles of white paint that are the same value and you want to use the warmer one in the foreground, and the cooler one in the background, a gray pallet will help with that too.
too many adds tbh... makes it annoying if you are trying to follow along.
