I’ve watched several similar videos and one of the things that stands out to me most, besides how good the food looks, is how clean their kitchens are. Every kitchen should be this clean.
I remember a few months ago, me and my fiance were doing doordash orders. We had an order come through for this nightclub type establishment. When we arrived, I was escorted into the kitchen to get the food and when I saw how nasty and disgusting their kitchen was I nearly threw up. The walls behind the oven were pitch black with filth and grime and grease, it was honestly disturbing. I had thought I might've desired to eat there when the order came through because the meal ordered sounded really good, but when I saw that kitchen, I immediately threw away any thought to ever eating there.
The cleanliness is amazing. I wish every restaurant was so clean. Washing the vegetables and cleaning the lids before opening is the mark of excellent conditions . Would gladly eat there.
I’m a week into a 12 week diet right now but Gez those burgers look great. 😂😂😂 I really appreciate the care, thought and skill that these Koreans put into preparing extremely tasty looking food. Those shrimp burgers in particular looked amazing. 👍
eat this and who cares about diet, diet taste like cardboard, this taste yummy, to your tummy,......i gave up on diet, long before cars were in diapers,......marius(punk rules so do hamburgers and milkshakes).

That doesn't work very well. A reaction makes the burger weird after a while. Best done just before cooking. However, then you've got only partly cooked onions because the meat cooks much faster. Lesson: just don't quite burn the onions!!

Looks like you need two grills. Consider doing the hamburgers after the bacon so you can get the bacon grease on the burgers. Thanks for sharing, your restaurant looks amazing.
Yea lets have more bacon fat on the already fatty greasy burgers, more sugar in the ketchup more lard in that false cheese too, lets give the nation an early death by burger. Great stuff eh! This is absolutely *ucking disgusting.
5:40 The condiments and toppings are what make an American burger "American," and this is the closest one to American that I've seen from Asian restaurant/street food videos yet! The onions are RAW, they're using ICEBURG lettuce, and they have all the other toppings right: American cheese, sliced tomato, and pickles! Just make sure your pickles aren't sweet, we top them with dill or kosher dill pickles. The sauce isn't typical, we just use a swipe of plain mayo with a squirt of ketchup and mustard, but it's Americanish enough and these look amazing!

My daughtrr taught school in Korea and when she got home, she would judge my Korean dishes for authenticity. My kimchi always got high marks, but other dishes missed because I couldn't get the correct ingredients or because they were missing something not covered in cookbooks or cooking shows. Now I am hungry for kimchi and a cheeseburge=!
Yes they have because most of their streetfoods are infused with American,Japanese,Chinese and Italian cuisine.. If they only sell pure Korean streetfood, i don't think their streetfood would be the best.
Food looks amazing. Kitchen, equipment and utensils and preparation of food all clean and good with one exception. Frying fries and shrimp in the same vat a no no as there are a lot of people with seafood allergies. Why not use a separate vat for non seafood items?
The first job I ever had was at a family owned fast-food place called The Hop; first week there I dropped one of those tomato slicers while washing and attempted to catch it. I still have multiple line-shaped scars on my hand to remember it by.
