48HRS IN JOSHUA TREE: Pioneertown, Yucca Valley, & Joshua Tree NP 🌵

- Our final stop on our California trip, was a 2 day stop in Joshua Tree, California. We booked the most beautiful Airbnb in Yucca Valley, just outside of Joshua Tree and we fell in love! We were so happy we extended our stay, just for the opportunity to stay here! Our first night in town, we went to one of our favorite places, Pioneertown, CA. It is an active Old Western Town with some beautiful views, good restaurants, & shopping. It's most active during the weekend, but it's a must stop if you're in the area! The next day, we did a little exploring of Joshua Tree (the town), stopping in some shops, the famous Beauty Bubble Salon & Museum, and visiting Big Josh at The Station. We finally head into the park to see the beautiful Joshua Trees, the Cholla Cacti, Skull Rock, and a sunset at Keys View. Before heading home on our last day we stop back in to Palm Springs to get some photos at the famous Las Palmas Neighborhood, see Elvis' Home, & see Moorten Botanical Garden. Moorten is a must! Only $5/Person & 1000% worth it! The desert is one of our favorite places & we're thankful we were able to extend our stay to explore a little more!

Joshua Tree is definitely one of our favorite places to visit. We got to see the cholla cactus garden during sunrise and it's absolutely beautiful. We vloged our trip as well and our destinations were pretty similar lol. we also got to see Barker damn. No big horn sheep though. Great video guys.

Moved here 1991. so 32 years total..
and i,m still here. It,s time to leave , for another State , place
etc. When , i ,m not sure just yet. This place has gotten old ..
It,s way To Hot in June, July, (Aug.worse)..
Sept. and some years , even in Oct. but cooler .
I can,t say i ever loved it here , i ve just got use to it , and a little stuck with kids , work etc. To many people have moved here nowadays .. and are not respecting this wild nature of ours much.. Trash are tossed every where and bigger stuff are being dumped in our Desert. Very disrespectful ! . Our Joshua Tree and Yucca Valley was clean and neat also with less people living here , people who had respect for the Desert nature .. Not so , no more.. Crimes and gangs are here today to stay or get even worse ..it,s Not safe as it use to be.. 20 years ago.

i lived here for till i was 18 and it’s not yUcca valley is pronounced yucka valley and it’s not as amazing as you guys made it to be it’s full of homeless and drug addicts and it’s full of tourists that are very rude and not to mention there’s nothing to do in yucca valley and a lot of weird things happen it joshua tree don’t glamorize this place
