the problem with Afghanistan is that there is a focus of war (adjust our economy), which increases medical spending in Basic Hospital Subsidies, and when you invade the whole country, you get such a high population that medical spending becomes unsustainable with your income What you should do is avoid attacking and only defend yourself until you get a good amount of political points by raiding the terrorists, then when you have this focus done, you use your political points to reduce medical spending back to Minimal Local Clinic Subsidies, so when you invade the whole country, you spend less money
