Does it program TPMS?
Sadly it does not. Most programmers need to have a wireless transmitter to communicate with the sensors them selves.

This can program the key fob to work for the locks and trunk release. But this will not work to program it to start the car!

I would imagine it would work, I’m pretty sure they use Toyota ECU’s. If I had a scion I would try it out!
