  • See how the robotic arm that we built works with two programs in the Arduino IDE, one basic and one more in-depth. In the simplest version, the robotic arm accompanies the analog sensors, but it is difficult to control. In the most advanced version, by pressing the push button on the right, it is possible to choose between two programs, one that works automatically with the obstacle sensor and the other that operates manually through the analog sensors of the improvised joystick. The left push button is used to reset the robotic arm.
We use an Arduino UNO, two analog sensors, a shield V5.0 sensor, four 9G servo motors, an obstacle sensor, two LEDs, 6 AA batteries, a 9V battery, resistors, two switches, wooden scraps, a buzzer, jumpers and connectors. MDF parts were purchased from Electrogate, but there are similar designs that you can cut yourself that are available on Thingverse, for example.
