The website for calgary rentals specifically is rentfaster.ca and you can also join the Indians in calgary group on facebook for posting your questions. Please be careful before booking any apartments or rental place as scams are super common here. Hope it helps you buddy.

You can, but be careful as there are a lot of rental scams with listing of rental basements. Also, in my experience most of the landlords wanted to meet their tenants before finalizing anything
