    Recipe and ingredients:
    150 ml of warm water.
    150 ml of warm milk.
    70 grams of sugar.
    9 grams of dry yeast.
    Mix well until the sugar and yeast dissolve.
    Leave for 15 minutes to activate the yeast.

    Add 1 egg.
    Mix until smooth.
    Sift 470 grams of wheat flour.
    4 grams of salt.
    Mix the ingredients.
    Mix until the dough starts to come away from the spoon.
    Sprinkle the table with flour.
    Continue kneading the dough on the table.
    Knead the soft dough.
    Place the dough in a bowl greased with vegetable oil.
    Cover the dough.
    Set the dough aside in a warm place for 50 minutes until it doubles in volume.

    Lightly flour your work surface.
    Place the dough on the work surface.
    Shape the dough into one ball.
    Divide the dough into 2 equal parts.
    Form balls from each piece of dough.
    Place on a board sprinkled with flour.
    Add flour if necessary.

    Roll out the dough to 40x50 cm.
    50 grams of soft butter.
    Lubricate with oil.
    Roll into a tube.
    Place on a board sprinkled with flour.

    Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

    Press down with a wooden stick.

    Cut the dough into 6 parts.

    Cover the buns and set aside to rise for 20-25 minutes.
    Egg yolk + 1 tablespoon of milk.
    Brush the buns with egg.
    Bake the buns in an oven preheated to 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
