Don’t use a metal hammer on that PKS Knife, use a wooden mallet. I know it would seem futile but it’s not gonna give a deformed spine over time or worse a bad chip.

If the knife can't handle a few taps from a cheap nasty hammer, then the knife is cheap and nasty, too 😂
