- a rare moment of me ad libbing in D sus 4 tuning on my Squier Strat and actually uploading it. For those who don't know what the tuning is, from big string to small it is: D, A, D, G, A, D. It gives a nice droning sound in D with all the Ds and As and you can play various notes on the G string to play around in any type scale you want over the D and A notes. You can also play on the other strings if you want. :)

Thankyou so much for this Truth, we just buried my sister today and I just got home and listened to this, that was beautiful, I thought that I did not have anymore tars left, but your playing, opened up the water works again, it was so soothing to listen to that, also I am so glad you are doing what you love and like the old saying goes, where words fail, music speaks, and that is just what it did!!! I've done that for decades but I rarely upload them. I always feel that it's not good enough to just dabble mindlessly. But once a year or two, I do upload something like that. ty
I listened to this again at night and it definitely helped me fall asleep.

That sounded great.....I have an Ibanez with a sustainer pick-up in it.....I may try something similar ....that sounded really cool !
Ty. That guitar doesn't have a sustainer in that sound was trying to cut out on me for some reason but I don't understand why cause I didn't. Have a gate on it so I just turned lemons into lemonade and let it turn off and on. You can tell because when I turn my volume up it comes on abruptly. That was A preset in guitar rig 5.
