I have one of those in my living room, to connect my TV, A/V receiver and Blu-ray player to a wall outlet that connects back to my "office" where my Internet connection is.
Hi there, which USB-C hub are you using? which brand/model?
Cheap and reliable switch
will i lose speeds if i use this for gaming? i’m trying to keep ethernet plugged into my xbox and pc at the same time
nah you won't even see a difference
@@askehraz thank you
Mine does. It went from 800mbps to 90mbps
Do I need to disable the Wi-Fi connection of my computer before connecting to the device?
Nop
Can it work with multiple devices connected to it?
Yes. I will suggest you to get 8 or 16 port gigabit switch for future proofing. They are great.
Yes, that's the whole point of switches. They allow connecting multiple devices.
You should have tried all 5 ports so that we can check whether they work or not .
Haha, look at your stupid Macbook, you need an adapter just to be able to use a wired ethernet connection!
It should be 1G as you stated, how come you are getting 300?
The speed is limited by the internet speed, not the switch. This test only shows download speeds, not network performance.
Dumboo... Speed limit is also a term in wired Ethernet connection i guess you are not aware about it...
