after being a asylum officer, do you have a video what the actual process is when a person seaking asylum can expect when they get to the port of entry and have to give there paperwork to the border agent, what does the border agent do when the person say they seek asylum what is the next steps?if title 42 was not active
well, Thank you so much 🌸these questions especially the first one popped up in my mind and nobody was around to answer me so I'm so happy about that a proficient got the answers however I need to clear it up even more! Like you can not tell the visa officer "I'm going to apply for asylum in the us" can you? however the reason for me is because i was in danger so i flee by choosing the tourist visa as a way of getaway!! so should i tell the uscis that i told the visa officer i want to travel in us while i really was in danger and i should chose to lie to visa officer?? cuz i really am in danger and the only way for me is getting a tourist visa and my purpose is to get a tourist visa then apply for asylum! should i tell this?
Hello Brian, I was trying to reach out during the live chat. I have an interview scheduled and I have a few questions. I would appreciate if you can help me: 1. I have maintained my F1 visa for 7.5 years before I apply for asylum without falling out of status. Would officer still ask me about 1 year deadline and how can I approach the answer? 2. Can I tell the officer "I don't know" during the interview or do I need to have an answer to every question? Can I answer interview questions in English rather than native language?
Actually I had encounters with such garbage at court and police before; smarties ie. If that host is fielding this sort of junks, just as well try somewhere else... ... You see I come from a hole filled such garbage, I am not trying desperately to get into another hole filled this sort of garbage again... ... It is actually best that a state place this sort of garbage right at the gate for asylum seekers, so that I can filter out the holes. Yes. We have persecutions at home BUT... ... it is another thing getting persecutions in a foreign land when you still have to bootlick and that you still ain't sure employed with taxpayers' money officers rising through the ranks can be a random problem in your life. Best the 'tumor' is right there the very first moment... ... In Singapore, I can for chances or what approach opposition parties who are now gaining on the ruling party to try get things right, and relatives are here, and the environment is familiar... ... In fact, it might be better to allow them to try 'trick' us... ... give them an opportunity to tell me is their state is worthy or just another piece of crap. Asylum seekers seek a life out there, hope for a better future... .. not jump from one hole into another. States in the world with such lousy officers draining resources... ... it doesn't have much future to begin with. Thanks for your video. Let's explore further.
Were you not a foreign national when you came to the US? Or if you were born here, were your parents not foreign nationals when they immigrated to the US? Or even your grand parents or ancestors? Remember! The United States of America is made up of the unity of people from everywhere, every continent. You and I both know who the Native Americans are, so please try not to be speaking poisonously. The USA is not your private property. You might say that you are a citizen, however, asylum seekers are also going to be US citizens one day, with the same rights and privileges as you. Thank you!
Excellent presentation, as usual. Clear, consistent and to the point! Thanks a lot!
Thank you for your kind words!

Through a freedom of information act request for a copy of your file. Google "USCIS FOIA," and you can make this request online.

Is it good to say that you enter a country to get good education
if that’s the truth, then you should say it if you are asked why you came to the United States. Honesty is the best policy. Always tell the truth.

You're coaching foreign nationals on how to dupe the system? Hmmmm, seems like a conflict of interest.
Huh? No duping. In any event, how could there be a conflict of interest? I don't work for the government
