So her S2 basically gives 50% meter if shes off field for 4 seconds even if the other members are on combat?

for S2 she will get full gage (not 50% it's 100% of her gage) if every team member is out of combat so you can use her burst for free at the start of the fight with full damage and once you switch out her outro passive increase the gage faster from every 3second to every 1second when team member deal damage. so this help a lot with her rotation. so yeah she already have her passive to help with her rotation at S0. no need to pull more for her because all her god power unlock at S5-S6
i love S2 cause when you're out in the field you always have your full damage burst ready and just deleted any emenie in front of you.
