In my Journey of about 2.5 years in Options trading, I made good return and net loss of 5lks is the result..in a single stock option I made 45k in 2 hrs and lost 68k (IEX on day next Results day) 900 Call option..in few seconds it went down 30k before defining SL and there after holded till month last week and closed at 2.5 premium 😂 Now shifted focus towards my job and changed company with decent pay hike..Not spending much time now on mkt..Invest in Equities for longterm and focus on Ur primary career 👍 Good luck

In my 10+ years of experience, I have never seen and heard about anyone who has made money only through option buying. Even if you gain 10 times. But 11th time all your capital gets eroded.

Yes he his true, and I am trading according to him from before with 30k capital, with min 1k to max 3.5k profits. But once we receive profits after one trade I have learnt not to trade again because it may downfall all of the sudden within minutes that we can't expect and of course some will go up upto 200 points also but without greed we have trade in specific time. For me nearly me half an hr or one hr we can make profits later the market changes that we can't even expect the profits or loss.

@Manohar P I had faced it in Naturalgas. My low price bought stocks were reached at Max but there was no seller to buy the same so went into loss. Its one of horrible experience in my tradings. Maybe he is correct from his point of view. But not sure how people will take about OPTIONS BUYING. It is the fastest way to lose money in the stock market. Unless you are an option seller with adequate capital for hedging...There is no way one can make returns through option buying.

@@venkatsairam69 you can treat it as intraday also.. you can buy and sell even in minutes.. But remember to sell a Day before the expiry date .. example buy on Monday closing time and you sell on Wednesday.. because every week Thursday it expires and price fall drastically.

90% traders book loos at the end of the week _by nitin kamat of Zerodha, it's true as he got all the data, I experienced this practically, I did trading for a year and booked loss of 28K(as I have control) & now doing only long term &mutual fund investments, life is peaceful and portfolio is at around 17% returns. Lesson I learnt - don't invest time in trading instead focus on career, learn new skills, stay relevant and be the top performer, I am S/W Engineer, now I also do freelancing and this is very peaceful than the time I used to do options trading... Don't chase behind options trading, you will never make money
