This was probably the most unprofessional tool review video I have ever seen. This was also the BEST tool review I have ever seen! Why? Because it is obvious that this guy has actually used the tools. I don't know this guy, this is the first video of his I have watched. But it is also the most honest and comprehensive tool review I have seen in a long time. There is a very good chance I will buy one of these kits to keep in the vehicle I use when I go on the road. Outstanding job!
Thank you I try to speak from the heart I am not a video editor I am not a professional video maker I'm not endorsed and I never will be I try to give an honest review like an honest man that genuinely uses tools trying to scrape by trying to make a dollar trying to save a dollar and I really appreciate that it seems someone has noticed that I genuinely and humbly appreciate that and hopefully other videos that I have will be helpful as well going through quite a lot but I will be back to posting tool videos in the near future
@@honesttoolreviews6444 You are very welcome, and by the way ... I DID go out and buy a set. I got it specifically for a cross-country trip I took with my family. I wanted to be sure that if anything broke on the van, if it was possible to fix it we would have the necessary means to do so. Between my son-in-law and myself we have the skills to figure out what's wrong and get her going again. As it turns out, the van performed flawlessly for all 4000 miles of the trip, so I never even had to open the box! Thanks again for your terrific review.
I bought this for portability and organization. I buy only $199 harbor freight tools. 301pc set , icon 5pc flex wrenches and the 3 ton yellow Daytona jack.
well yes it is this is a mechanics set altho i dont know if i mentioned the socket or if your just pointing it out altho my use at my employment has not included spark plugs this socket does look as good as the one i use for my vehicles on the regular , good eye
It would be better if the case had handles or straps to pick it up directly rather than turning it on its side. Not that big of a deal given the price, but the way it's designed, it encourages you to turn it on its side every time you pick it up. Eventually that will make a mess.
The 130 piece kit from Harbor Freight is kind of cheap. Found a short screw driver that had not been machined!?! It was a blank. Brought the whole 130 piece kit back to HF and they gave me a new kit and said they were going to toss the old one!! These are not Craftsman or Snap-On folks!
My dad has said that and bought me a craftsman set since and I have broken two sockets out of the craftsman set though Not even craftsman is craftsman anymore but my hf TS is just fine Production will always make lemons keep that in mind
Buying this and the 4 drawer cart for the house new job had to take my big box to work and leave it working in a motor rebuild shop now no tools at the house had to work on my truck and guess what no tools at all had to borrow them but not keeping the plastic case how good were the wrenches and the ratchets
Still using them. And I'm quite pleased nothing has broken. Altho I am the kind of person to take the. Wrenches apart and. Use litium greese inside the gears and put it back together every few months. Hope they serve you well
thanks for the like and subscribe im new very new as of today as you can see im not allowing adds im not doing it for the money hope you enjoy them ill do a one year update video as well
Actually. Sir. Such a smart sir. A factory. Technician mechanic. Such as myself has. 5 years in the field of mechanics. Servos. Mechanations. And mechatronics and I've never seen a mother f#@$. Spark plug in my machines. But that aside. Ruddy ...... If it doesn't have a. Rubber gasket ring inside. It's not a spark plug. Specific. Socket. Yeah ok. Walk on sir

@@badbiker666 wonderful news safe travels
Nice review brother I watched all of it. I’m going to go grab one today so I can fill out my socket selection in my service cart
Spark plug 5/8" right next to the spark plug 13/16" socket. They're a little thinner for getting into the heads.
Just got mine thanks to your review 👍
Excellent set of tools, and one of the few sets that comes with actual screwdrivers, not a handle with multiple bits.

5/8 down at the bottom, with the rubber insert is a spark plug socket. 👍🏻

you should look into the 225 set. I bought those for my cars and the the bigger set is my grab and go set
5/8 at the bottom of the kit is a spark plug socket

take those recalled jacks in the background back lol
Yep and yet never hurt me once

No 14mm wrench? Kinda wish it would have one, but you win some, you lose some...

If you like it that is all that matters. Plastic is theft proof np matter the z cost. I this item just more likely to steal the whole case.
Motorcycles use the hell out of Allen heads!
If you are a mechanic you would know that the 5/8 near the spark plug socket is also a spark plug socket 🙄
