    This is amazing! really great editing and don't even get started on the gameplay. this is REALLY hard to pull off. Yet you did it anyway. Crazy man.
    One question, how did you get the rokets names like "MLV Saturn V-24-L-TSCC-U", "MLV Saturn III / IV-TSCB-U" or "MLV Saturn V-23-L / 2" and "MLV Saturn V-1-B" / A.
    What does each letter and number stand for. really curious. I am trying RO myself and I cannot find an appropriate naming system. can you explain your naming system to me?

    • @Katniss218
      @Katniss218  3 года назад +2

      MLV stands for Modified Launch Vehicle, and is a real thing from a real study by NASA and Boeing.
      Numbers don't stand for anything. The only 2 that have a meaning are "23", and "1" (taken directly from the study pdf). TSCC-U means Transfer Stage Common Core - Uranus. TSCB-U means the same but Booster instead of Core.
      Each rocket variant gets a number, which is somewhat sequential (and variants with boosters started at 23, variants with no boosters at 1)
      V-1-B meant Saturn V-1 with a wider 12.2m fairing (-B).
      The /2 after MLV Saturn V-23-L/2 means it only uses 2 of 4 boosters.

      It took 40 years in-game time (most of it spent on the trajectory to Uranus - due to the fact Uranus needs to be in a very specific place in its orbit in order to capture into the plane of its moons).
      In terms of IRL time, it took 4 months to make all the parts, the cape, and record it all.
