Love to see a three or four hole 'random club' challenge. I've mentioned it on videos before. Put the names of each club on a piece of paper and put them in a hat. Hole one, draw a club, play that club for one hit, put it back. Second hit, draw a new club, play that club...even if putting. Can't repeat any club until you hole out, then start again.
Matt, if you chocked down the grip on the 4 iron to the steel, how far can you hit it? That might have been a better option for distance. Anyway, great vid. 👍
I’ve got a quick matchplay question. Maybe somebody can help me and starte a rule for this. Player A hits a 100 yard shot into the right rough. Player B hits a 200+ yard shot into the left rough. After the shots where taken player A walks to his ball leaves his bag next to the Ball and then refuses to hit his Ball but wants to look and find player B’s ball first to asses the lie and maybe gain a tactical advantage. This happened a few times in a match play I caddied for and it dragged the round on for ages. Is this legal or not?
It's not that it was full 4i, it was the context. 4 iron off the tee goes hard left, bounces off a tree and ends in rough. From rough, under a tree, needing a bloody good shot to get onto the green, getting it within a club length of the pin (any more pace probably goes in for eagle) is pretty bloody good
Why did matty not go down the shaft an hit a knock down shot with a less than three Quarter swing a low check shot rather than trying a fade slider shot? 😊😊
The camera work on this is so jumpy. Need some sort of stabilisation on, I’m no expert but it’s really distracting personally. Shame as it’s great content as always.

So, today we've learned that Rick has hit into so much trouble over his golf career that his recovery game is ace. Matt, your conversion to boring golf has penalized you. Fairways are death. Tree fades and stingers out from under the canopy are the future.
