if there was always a happy ending then books wouldn't be worth reading, it's that slight chance that things won't turn out ok that adds tension and suspense. if all story's ended happily then happy endings wouldn't be worth it.
Flowerfell frisk has actually been resurrected. The creator of the series made a comic of it. It’s called “last reset”
They should take those dislikes and throw them in a volcano

So I'm new to the Flowerfell AU. I have no idea what it's about, just that it's a branch of Underfell... Can someone explain to me what Flowerfell is about?
Flowerfell is an AU by underfart-snas, and it is a combination of the AUs Underfell and Flowertale, wherein every time Frisk dies, a golden flower grows on them.
SociopathicAngel wrote a fan made story caled "Flowerfell: Overgrowth", and it became popular that people started to consider it as canon. However, people started reposting it without permission, so the story was deleted.
But don't worry! Just go to CaitieLou's RUclips channel and you can listen to the story. Also, you'll be able to listen to the story's sequels as well (however, CaitieLou wasn't able to read all of the story because the other parts got deleted as well).

It is a Frans story a very sad one!
To summarise it, theres a curse in flowerfell to frisk, every time she dies a flower grows on her body and she has limited time, for the first few runs sans kept on killing her, and after that sans started to be kind to frisk and guides her on the way to asgore’s castle facing threats like his own brother and undyne, and once they reach the garden filled with buttercup flowers, frisk dies and turns into multiple flowers and the only remains was sans’ jacket, but theres another story names ‘unexpected (Babyhell) where frisk somehow comes back and has a children with sans names vivaldi and verdana both twins
