    I just got Frontier last week and my internet went down in one day when I tried calling them they told me it would take a week before they could get back to my house yet I just got them. I've had no internet or TV and I have visitors. When I had spectrum at least they took care of the problem immediately

    Dude! Thank you so much! I set my house up just like yours a couple of years ago. T mobile is just not working out for me. I've been doing my research. And you finalized it for me. I definitely wanna get frontier five hundred.

    Been with Frontier for years, 1 year ago I switched to 1 gig and it’s significantly better than having 100 down. I can download games in less than 10 minutes

      So weird question, I myself had xfinity for years and the only reason why I’m switching is because I can’t afford xfinity anymore but would I like to ask is we are getting supposedly “1gbps plan” but I’ve read all online like frontier depends on how many people are using that service near you. Do you think the frontier plan will beat my previous plan with xfinity (500mbps).

    Hi, it seems like you may be in the Greater L.A. SoCal area for your connectivity but in an "older" home where they had to connect from above vs underground. I'm assuming I will have something similar, but I wanted to know how big the ONT connection is from street to house. Would you be willing to provide a close-up picture with something that can show size reference? I keep trying to get Frontier to answer these questions for me, but they refuse to unless I put in an order. Tried that, and it almost became a disaster. I want to know what I'm getting into before I commit. TIA

    What plan did you buy if you dont mind me asking im planning on getting frontier fiber internet but only have one option which dont specify how many mbs it is

      I got the 1 gig uploaded and download. Still works great. Going to do a follow up video soon.

    I got the same thing and it is hella fast but 1gig plan I think it’s download and upload combined to make 1 full gb in mbps

    Just ask the frontier guy to change your username and password to what your spectrum username and password is. That’s what I did and all my devices connected easily 😁

    Cable Internet naturally has slower upstream than downstream. Most averaging people want to stream video & not care too much about upstream speeds. Still fiber Internet is much better than Cable Internet.

    Because of slow speeds, I called canceled, paid them off and set my equipment back per requested to move on. A month later with no notification, They made up a “restocking fee” for equipment, $54 and just sent it to collections. Never received any notice just contacted by collections. Lmao **** you frontier and you’re made up restock fee. You’re a bunch of shysters.

    Frontiers is BS all around I . I went from playing 39.99 to 109.99. I called a few months ago to up grade from the regular plan that cost 39.99 to fiber 1 that cost 59.99 and they ended up charging me automaticlly for the fiber 2 services that I didn't ask for at all. When I called to asked them what was going on with my bill and why it was so much they said they couldn't help me at all with what happened and could give me a refund for the mistake they made tried to say that we agreed to it which I didn't now it's been three months nothing been fixed still charging me for fiber 2 services which bull shit what kind of business are they running cheering people out of there money
