What's the purpose of the other station on the left side?

That left side track is for the shuttle service. It serves as a terminus for LRT 2 which runs from cubao to santolan. Since shuttle service is very rare and is now off limits to the public, it was sometimes used to park disabled trains temporarily. This is also the reason why there is a platform there.

Kaya po nasa eastbound track po yung tren dahil pagdating po niya sa station ay pa eastbound po sya, at dahil babalik po siya sa tingin niyo po ay nasa eastbound po siya tsaka lumipat sa westbound

@@markjonathanprepena1280 what i meant is... bkt ng napasakay sa eastbound platform instead sa westbound platform... ang normal operation ng lrt... ng s-switch sla pagktapos magbaba ng mga pasehero... eh ito ng stay sa eastbound platform at dun rn ng pasakay...
P.S may problema sguro ang LRT ng mga panahon na yn... napansin ko may tripod ng camera at media personnel sa gilid

Mabilis po dati itong tren kaya lang bumagal kasi nagiingat sila ung lrt 1 kasi straight tas merong paliko tas may support pa sa gilid eh ung lrt 2 naman kulang kulang and mga support sa gilid kung mabilis yan baka mahulog yan tren
