Yeah I thought you were mental to get involved in unloading stuff! It’s a minefield. I would wait or pay extra to get them to unload it & drop it at my house.
Amazing! I know you have to be ON top of everything! Last year I went to Brazil for Christmas and my bags were "lost" again... I learned my lesson from two other less urgent trips. I got AirTags and could locate my bags before the airline even knew what was happening. I was on the phone and emailing all day. Now I avoid that carrier even if I have to pay a lot more so the job is done correctly and professionally as it should!

that's just Brickell, a financial & office center, so yeh lots of buildings! not all Miami is concrete jungle.
