We had lots of trogon in our area now they are slowly disappearing due to heavy loging and habitat loss 😢

Yes, and the trogon looks like a very shy bird as well. The whole of western ghats is a treasure and needs to be preserved.

@@Shreyas.Ranganath they are shy and relatively blind they respond well to the calls if we play call of female the male will definitely come close to us and vice versa that is the best trick we can use to spot them. .
