Female Gang Raids TJ Maxx… as NYC Gives Up on Theft

A group of female thieves were caught on camera stealing from a TJ Maxx in Brooklyn NYC. Shockingly, they were armed and started an altercation with a security guard on their way out of the store, revealing that even after passing legislation to curb retail theft, NYC's shoplifting problems are far from over.
