Alexandros Tsakris i weigh about 75 kilos, 1.80 m. long and have righted it a couples of times. Not allways though, especially in stronger winds it is very difficult, sometimes impossible. Friends of mine get good results by carrying a sturdy watertight bag off about 10-15 ltr on th cat, to be filed with water for extra weight when righting, and they get good results with that.
