no the output you get here is the complement of (A.B+(Abar).(Bbar)) . But in case you use a CMOS inverter at the output then you will get the expression that you mentioned as it will be bar of bar so it would cancel and give you the inverted output.

if we put A=0, B=0
then, (0'+0')'
=(1+1)'
=(0)'
