Keep in mind on Keto you don't count vegetables as your 50 grams stay below 50 grams or right at it. But that's 50 grams of starch preferably whole grain brown rice red potatoe sweet potatoe while wheat pasta oat meal. If OMAD is to much for you try 2 MAD but drink atleast a liter of water and put fruits and vegetables with your meal. Fast atleast 16 hours before next meal. If you need 2 meals use 8 hr window to have both meals
