  • Welcome to our Attack on Titan reaction!
Zeke Jaeger is pushed out of Grisha's memories after learning that Eren manipulated their father into taking the Founding Titan from the King of the Walls. However, Zeke realizes that Eren's ability to see the future has limitations, so he orders Ymir Fritz to remove the ability of all Eldians to reproduce. Eren breaks free of his chains to chase after her, and in doing so, learns her past.
Ymir was enslaved as a child and while being hunted for sport, she came into contact with a mysterious creature that transformed her into a massive Titan. The leader of the tribe who enslaved her used her and her new power to expand the fortunes of his people and attack Marley. He had three daughters with her before Ymir died, saving him from an assassination attempt. After her death, her daughters were ordered to consume her flesh in order to keep her powers. Eren realizes her pain and tells Ymir she does not have to be a slave, and has a choice. In response, in the outside world, the Walls come down and the Rumbling begins.

    Interesting fact:
The first episode of season 1 was called: "To you, after two thousand years".
Episode 80 - From you, two thousand years later (this episode).
    Explanations:
The first episode is the beginning of Eren's journey, he moves towards his ultimate goal to kindle hatred for the Titans in himself, even sacrificed his mother......
And "From you, after 2000 years”, it was he who had already achieved what he had been striving for all his life, he had seized the power to destroy everything and everyone.

To be precise, the only ones Eren is sparing are the of Paradis and the only Eldians who have heard his declaration are those born as Subjects of Ymir. -Eldians born in Ymir's bloodline.
Isayama didn't make clear what happened to Eldians who aren't in Ymir's bloodline. But I guess it's safe to assume that even they married a Subject of Ymir and had children who carried on the curse.

    • @albertanmotorcyclist6419

I inferred that most eldian's became subjects or ymir, however we do know that there are noble families om paradis who couldn't be controlled by the king. This implies they are probably either non eldians or eldians who didn't become subjects of ymir and "kept a pure bloodline"

That moment when you realize that the walls protected the world from Eren.
I’m honestly very, very sorry that Eren had to shoulder such a burden, I can’t even imagine how hard it was for him to make this decision......😢
I'll tell you this: we were given a major spoiler at the end of the first season (episode 25), when Eren said in Berserk mode: "I will destroy this whole world!" while he was fighting with Annie. But then no one attached any importance to this...
1:01 - As for Grisha’s victory, this is a question not only of the Titan’s strength, but also of experience, and Grisha himself could have seen and learned something in the memory of his predecessors... well, all the descendants of the king know that their “paradise” will soon come to an end, about this and Frieda herself spoke to Uri (her predecessor Kenny tried to kill, but something went wrong), so it’s quite possible that she succumbed? To be honest, I doubt it, but who knows... Living knowing that “paradise” is doomed to destruction and not being able to do anything about it because... there is an oath of peace, in fact to be in eternal submission to the will of the first king... well, that’s it.
1:47 - Well, there is an eternal theme of problems between fathers and children, in fact, so there is nothing new in this story... Complex relationships in the family are shown quite classically, it’s good that it finally dawned on Grisha, albeit belatedly, this is at least something...
2:51 - no matter how incomprehensible and harsh it may sound - Eren saw EVERYTHING... Actually everything... I won’t say more, because there are spoilers, but from that moment on Eren walked around like he was dumbfounded, he went crazy...
3:31 - how much willpower Eren has in this moment and stubbornness... In its own way, of course, this is admirable, although it looks like fanaticism in its goal.
Yes, Ymir has a difficult backstory... A slave girl without a personal goal who received enormous power...
And of course this is a story about Stockholm syndrome...
The Marleyans take revenge, but this is a story 2000 years ago, that’s how much has passed since the history of Ymir. I don’t think that this makes any sense after such a long time ago.
6:03 - In my opinion, this “force” or centipede can be called a parasite. Well, or a symbiote, whichever you prefer...
The stuff stuck to the spine and gave it the power of the Titans. I think that’s why the Titans cut down that very area on the back of the head, where the wearer’s spine is located...
Regarding the age at which Ymir gave birth, this is of course harsh, but unfortunately this is not something that happened in our history, this is still happening, so here once again there is cruel realism and nothing more. Shingeki is generally very realistic in its cruelty, if we ignore the Titans setting.
By the way, the height of Titan Ymir is 240 meters.🥴
7:38 - It's called Stockholm syndrome, that's why I saved it. By the way, this is where the “curse of Ymir” came from, with 13 years of life after turning into a Titan, which is exactly how long she lived after receiving her powers.
9:28 - Looks like some kind of weird STD, if only they showed something like that in anime.😅
From that moment on, we can say that Eren went on autopilot. He has a lot of fun and he doesn’t even look at what’s going on around him. Eren has not yet fully told anyone his plan; even Flock only knows the official version for Paradise Island. Remember Eren's powers to see the future and think...
He knows who will act and how, and he knows how it will all end... I think you can guess what he is doing. And you will see his plan, the final plan, and not the noodles that he is telling everyone, in the last hour-long episode.
The Colossi will sail to other countries.😅
In fact, according to the calculations of the characters there, it will only take the Colossi a few days to destroy the world. We can assume that in Shingeki the world is still smaller than our globe, or the Colossi are very fast...
Thank you very much, I love you and your reaction, I’m looking forward to the next episode!🖤

Rewatch the season 2 ending. There at one point they show a scene of Ymir being eaten by her children, and Fritz stands above them. This ending came before the events of Ymir's flashbacks in the manga. So think about what a genius the author Isayama is!!!!

THE 9 TITANS ARE WHAT THEY SIGNIFY FOR US HUMANS
This is just a personal theory based on what I understand and things I have read about.
In no specific order, let’s go through one by one.
    Founding Titan:
    Power- Control.
    Curse of Subservience
Eventhough being the most powerful and all controlling, still chooses to remain enslaved and serving others.
    Attack Titan:
    Power- Fate
    Curse of Freedom
Despite being the one seeking freedom for others, isn’t free by itself.
    Colossal Titan:
    Power- Size
    Curse of Meekness
Despite being the most powerful, in terms of causing destruction, yet the holder feels sad and feels unworthy of that power to be used in full scale.
    Armoured Titan:
    Power- Armour
    Curse of Defeatism
The titan with the strongest shield and defence, yet fails to stand up for its own decisions made.
    Jaw Titan:
    Power- Agility
    Curse of Sacrifice
Despite being the fastest and having great agility, it still ends up sacrificing itself for others by giving away its life. This shows how fragile life can be.
    Beast Titan:
    Power- Wild
    Curse of Self-Loathing
Symbolising the Animal nature of Humans and Animals alike, the trait of Betrayal.
    Female Titan:
    Power- Fight
    Curse of Giving Up
Strong, Skilful, Strategic yet Giving up when one Action turns into Consequence. Giving Up everything and hiding instead of facing the consequences.
    Cart Titan:
    Power- Endurance
    Curse of Resourcefulness
You can be really good at something and can be productive for hours and hours, but still be lacking somewhere. And people can easily take advantage of that.
    War Hammer Titan:
    Power- Creation
    Curse of Creativity
Creativity, can be both used for creating wonders and at the same time to destroy worlds. A double edged sword (pun intended).
