Azure OpenAI is only available to enterprise customers per their application form. Kind of useless at the moment.

I do not see any Pricing Tier. I live in Sweden, I selected Region East US. I have also filled in the application form, so I guess I need to wait until MS has approved my Form before I can create an Azue OpenAI. Anything you came across?

Thanks for making the video. GPT-3.5 is a chat model not a completion model, that may be why you got that error the first time

Hi Dan, Thanks so much for your video.
Just a quick comment, most/all videos in this domain begin with using jargon like "go create a resource", but because they are created by experts, the experts tend to forget that their language can be somewhat foreign to a novice who doesn't understand what a "resource" means in Azure OpenAI in this case. I'm hoping to pass along this minor constructive input in the hopes that it will help make even better your really good videos. I do appreciate them and you seem like you would consider this type of input for continued improvement.

Remember, the title is "Getting Started with ...". I didn't name it. Keeping this in mind, then this audience may appreciate that next level of effort of defining technical terms into a presentation and should not be discounted. It's about respecting an audience.
