Thanks for continuing these types of videos, Dani! It's tough material and it is inspiring and motivating (to me at least) to see that I'm not the only one struggling with aspects of it. That may sound strange, but a lot of what I see on YT or Insta are perfect takes or maybe something that a player has worked up over time, but I don't SEE the time put in, the journey. After awhile that becomes discouraging for me. This approach is wonderful and greatly appreciated. I am slowly making progress. Big chunks aren't happening, but small things like the idea of the 2-1-2 or 2-1-3, etc. have opened up new possibilities and new sounds for me already. Many, many thanks to you for doing this, Dani. And to Thomas for sharing his time, thought process, and insights. Keep these coming!

This guy is amazing. Incredible individual voice on the instrument.
I love Charlie Christian, Wes, Pass, Scofield, Greg Howe, Guthrie, Brett Garsed, Henderson, Holdsworth, Gambale, Ron Thal and in that improvisational tradition, Thomas is a fresh voice. And that’s what jazz should be. Innovating. Haven’t been this excited since I first heard James Muller.
