as a half indonesian, and as someone who has experienced indonesian work life for a while. i can tell you rn, employees dont dare to kick their bosses cause if they lose their job they basically lose their main source of income and high chance of street life. so instead of kicking the boss we build up all the anger and just go into zen mode in hopes they will leave us alone XD
if this game is made by indonesians they may have well put their own anger and loathing to employers into a game XDDDD
