Hmmm never thought about a fan for ph. 👍
In the summer I use a fan in the window to bring more oxygen into the basement (fish room) which those help increase the pH...but in the winter I can't do that...and I never tried a fan blowing directly over the tank; perhaps I'll give that a shot....thanks!

love it! that dude looks a lot like one of my ob's! I have 4 male ob's in my main tank right now. if u watch my vids u can immediately tell which ob runs things in the tank. 2 of them r hybrids. had an ob dad w/a mystery non ob female. I love my ob's! great vid! subbing up!

I’m getting rid of all my super nice obs. I tried everything and can’t get them to stop the aggression. 2 months in time out and nothing changed. So is time to go.
yes hybrids altogether are just more aggressive

There's no way that air brings your pH up
OXYGEN (air) raises your aquarium pH...look it up
Would he do fine by himself in a 55 gal?
He might hide if he's done only fish in the 55g because even though they are aggressive they are still very social fish...some females with him would definitely bring more activity and color to the tank

Can I keep two breeding group together in the same tank with a divider not much room in my apartment lol
What size tank, you may not need a divider if your talking about all OB peacocks with 2 males...a 4 foot tank should be good for 2 males and 5-6 females. If your trying to keep to types of breeding groups then you'll need a divider to keep them from creating hybrids with at least 3ft of swimming space
Can I have these with angelfish ?
I have angel fish with my ob. My angels are rather bug and got the ob when he was smaller. Maybe that is why he doesn't bother them.

They effect oxygen levels in water...which effects pH
I have to ask.
