nice I stayed in spruce for 2 years then moved out with my friends... it's a great place to reside especially as an international student. then once you make a great friend or two feel free to move out and live together or apply to stay together the next academic year

Seager wheeler, college quarter and Assiniboine all has kitchen. As far as getting admission in residence you have to confirm with residence staff if they have any available. You can also check more details on their website.
In Graduate studies, if you are doing research/thesis then it is likely you would not be having the breaks like other students. More like full time job of going to lab and studying. However, if you do course based masters then you get breaks. Also you can finish early too. You can request your supervisor to grant you a couple of weeks holidays. E.g. My friend doing masters in CyberSecurity gets official 2 weeks holidays/ year and rest he gets approved from supervisor.

Apply as soon as possible and try to select .4 room number as it is a little big than other rooms, but do not take 904.4😉
