Very true. I am 40 and that is how I feel. I miss those tiny little Nokia’s around 2002. Not the first Nokia that was pretty big but the real small one that was like the length of the width of my palm. Just text and talk and snake. Wish we could go back to when we were all human beings

I totally agree with last post! This flip phone is perfect for someone who just needs a cell phone for making/receiving calls and texts. I purchased this phone for a 72 yo family member who is severely hard of hearing (seriously deaf) and the audio quality is awesome he has no problem hearing whoever he is talking to on this phone. Also the size of the buttons are perfect for larger fingers. Price point wise, yes this phone is cheap but as far as quality etc... Great flip phone.
My uncle has this flip phone. He's been using flip phones ever since he first used a cell phone. Lol.. I must admit it does feel a little cheesy and cheap. But over all it's a nice decent phone and it performs pretty well for what it is!
The features are nice, especially the large key pad and Selfie option, which you don't normally see on flip phones. When you advise staying away because of build quality, how does that compare with other inexpensive phones from, for example, Alcatel?
@@granjmy ah interesting.. ever since they phased out 3G, none of the carriers will activate my Blackview BV5500. They claim it is not compatible with VoLTE (even though it is) I can refill my existing plan and it keeps working, but they won't let me activate a new plan with it.
Thank you for your nicely done video. I was pleasantly surprised that the phone has wifi and can act as a hotspot! This is perfect, I have a simple phone yet I can tether my iPad for tasks.
I would say it's easy to use for MOST people but our old neighbor who is in an assisted living center has a flip phone from tracfone that has the KaiOS on it and getting her to understand how to turn it on and off is a challenge
My dad just got this phone as a replacement for an Alcatel. Does anyone else have a problem with the phone going into airplane mode by itself as well as the mouse pointer coming onscreen by itself. There was an update for it and I finally got it installed don't know it that fixed it yet or not just wondering if anyone else had these problems.
Some better info needed for phone function - how to add contacts? Will the battery discharge when the phone is not shut off? Delete photos, how? Seven buttons at top. Still more info needed.

Just got this phone at Walmart for 19.95 brand new... phones stupid and hard to navigate intell you get the hang of it. I used it for work purposes, so my real number wasn't known . I'd suggest just getting a cheap touch screen that's what I ended up doing and tosted this thing in a dumpster 😂
Metro used to have the Alcatel GO FLIP 3 and it wasn’t so bulky as this. It was sleek and wasn’t sold as a “senior phone”. Why did they get rid of it? That thing in the video looks freaking huge. Big pass. I still have the go flip 3 I hope they can just turn that one on. I’m tired of a smart phone 😒. I’ll take my laptop to a coffee shop or something when I need to use the internet and have a cup of coffee while i do what I need to do and leave. Internet in your pocket is too much in my opinion
I disagree. I am an IT person by trade; I live computers. I think people need less computer/social media in their lives. Someday the modern cell phone will be seen as a negative creation.

This phone my mother came to Tn with it from t-mobile in San Diego and it is worthless not even one bar for signal.
The phone is stuck on the power on screen for me
