I originally thought this was a true story because multiple people have talked about it on youtube. But now... the more i think about it I can't say i believe it anymore. Great story though.
I spent 14 years in the Marines, I've never experienced this before, but I know a lot of very credible and tough men that swear by this and we're scared to even speak of it..
My dad is a retired marine and after I read something about the giant in Kandahar mountains, i simply asked my dad what happened in the mountains of Afghanistan? His face went blank and he asked me, who told you that. We were told never to speak about it.. Something wicked happened. Thats all he said.

2010 in the mountains of Afghanistan. I witnessed a lot of weird scary crap. It definitely made me a believer of the paranormal. Its another world out there.
I worked as a civilian on a military base a ex military guy told me of seeing a strange creature running at a fast speed, from a distance, I assume . I didn't ask him a lot of questions about it. He said that they couldn't make out what it was. This guy was level headed and I don't think he would have lied. I can't remember if he said it was in Iraq or Afghanistan.
This was a very believable based on what one might actually see, not the movie version. The locals in that country have a lot of stories to tell of cannibal giants in those mountain caves. Many villages still take food and offerings to the cave entrance areas. This would make the Kandahar giant story believable, what a great idea for a movie series like a Tom Clancy/Jack Ryan thing. During our occupation of Afghanistan another Special Op was carried out which ended in the retrieval of a Vimana/UFO from a cave in the Northeast Mountain range. The entire area is full of things that would make Rod Serling cringe.

I have heard several years ago maybe 20 years ago or maybe more but a soldier spoke of a 13 or 15 foot tall giant it's just been such a while back anyway the giant was in Afghanistan in a mountain where their were caves also. And the giant had red hair and hair on his shoulders he said it was a hugh man he had no clothes on. They were sent there on a secret mission the men that went on the same mission had never returned and his group of special forces where sent to find them and bring them back it only took a few days till they started finding their bodies and it sounds like they died just like this man was telling his story. Now the rest of what i remember he said when they got close and started shooting the giant picked up one of the men killed him in a horrible way .one of the men screamed his head shoot for his head i dont remember how many the giant killed with his bare hugh hands. They were able to finely killed the giant by a lot of shots to his head some how the military got the giant back to the united states along with all the soldiers that had been killed and he to was not supposed to tell anyone ever . he did keep it to his self like another one or 2 that made it out alive then one day i don't know if he had permission to tell the truth about their mission or not. But he finely told it and told where the military secretly kept the giants body to study it. I was a lot younger when i heard that story but after. a while i never thought about it anymore and don't even remember the young mans name that told it but after seeing this video i do think he was telling the truth there are many many more things that happen in this world guess it would be hard to believe unless to saw it yourself. Myself I would much rather wonder if it was real. Then to actually see them for myself.

People don’t believe it because they’re weak, naive, and scared of the truth. They got people brainwashed to think it’s only in moves but these things in movies are literally based on real creatures people have encountered. They’re keeping them secret to keep us compliant slaves but there’s no doubt in my mind that they’re real and using the full force of the government and private sectors to keep it secret through any means necessary.
I actually work with a guy that was in Afghanistan and he said that the giants do exist he didn’t personally see one but it’s common knowledge among the people over there
Lol cool story . They say that giants in Afghanistan are real, and i dont believe in stuff like this but Afghanistan is a ancient land that has gone unchanged since the beginning of time. I served in the 4th Infantry division as a 11Bravo or a rifleman, and then my second unit was with tbe 101st AB with a recon unit . And the guys that were at the unit wen i got their had some crazy stories about what they seen in trashcanistan as they called it lol . And one of the stories was about this very subject ..

I truly do believe that there are still giants living on Earth even though most people don't see them, or when they do, they say that it was probably something else. Im glad i heard the first part of this story. Cause i heard awhile ago that a giant was found and killed and flown out of the mountains by a helicopter. The giant was 1000lbs, red hair, and 2 rows of teeth with 6 fingers and 6 toes. They're the hybrids/nephilim that have lived in those caves since biblical times.

There really was a secret special ops operation to catch or kill a giant that lived in a cave in Afghanistan. The pilot that had to fly that thing home after they killed it, confirmed the story. They had already sent one team to to find it, but they never made it back. The locals have known about them forever, but they sacrifice a goat every once in a while and have a kind of understanding..they leave him alone and he doesn't bother them. Little kids would go missing in the past but they couldn't kill this thing. There are so many things our government government won't tell us, for some reason.

All of the giant skeletons found here in USA had been shipped to Smithsonian. They hide them underground and have tunnel systems that they transport them through. People have seen them and I've seen comments online about it. They do this to mislead people away from God's word. Most of what we've been told are lies. NASA being the biggest one.

You hear about certain areas or dwelling that are not safe for human habitation or even when you are just passing through that particular place. My husband is from Afghanistan and I can't tell you for sure he knows these things also. In fact, Has trauma as a child/teen because of these types of things seen and heard .

I called it dumpistan and one time saw something running across very rough broken terrain at a distance of about two miles away going about 40? mph! It was twilight and was gone so fast no one else got to where I was to see it! For me to see it looked to be almost 9-10 feet tall! Had seen regular people in the area and were about half the height!

This reminds me of the giant of Kandahar story I’ve heard that was also in Afghanistan…I have heard of entrances to hollow earth or Agartha as some call it Admiral Byrd diary talks of unexplained things on his mission to the pole back in the 40’s and I also would suspect that if there are entrances to a unknown place that it would be heavily guarded by unknown people or beings

It brought me back to the days when we used to sit in the half-lit living room listening to the dialogue of a radio show where you had to use your imagination as your eyes and you were there. I have a story that still to this day haunts my memory. I was with the 5th special forces on patrol in Northern Afghanistan near the Uzbekistan border, we came across an ancient site not been touched since Alexander the great . The site was to say the least cursed for the blood spilled on this area awakened an ancient evil that was awakened by the armies of Alexander. They decicreated a holy site that brought forth a Djinn. I seen things my mind and eyes couldn't make sense of and even to this day the memory haunts me. I'm done for now because of the trauma its left me with to this day...

I don't believe the original story of this is fictional. I initially heard this a few years ago with less detail but very graphic on meeting the giant. A photo of the helicopter was shown airlifting something in a sling. it looked pretty heavy.
The nephilam were wiped out in the flood of noahs day. That was the point of the flood the world got so choatic and wicked. Fallen angels mixing with human and animals the world was beyond repair.
Thought this was maybe yet another version of, albeit way more descriptive and detailed, the Khandaher Giant story. Virtually all set-up is identical. Difference being a 9-12 foot giant wielding a 10 foot spear with ultra lethal precision. My dear Lord, how great though art indeed ! Stories such as this always make me eternally grateful for knowing Jesus Christ, knowing I am a child of the one true lord and savior, and benefitting the unconditional love of God. Afghanistan scares the HELL outta me for real. This place is no joke !! As I understand it, it's primarily mountains. Essentially why it's sooooo difficult in its dependability. This system of mountainous terrain, and it's accurate saying that walking/hiking around and about - this in itself can likely just as easily and effortlessly get ya killed way before running into insurgents, Taliban, Al-Qaeda and the like...

I’ve been to both Iraq and Afghanistan. From the Turkish border all the way to LSA anaconda. And in Afghanistan we were out of metherlam and went up in the mountains a fair bit. I never witnessed any like this at all. Sounds a bit far fetched but I have heard a couple stories about a giant. One story speaks of a group of marines going in and getting killed, sf then went in and killed it. One of the sf guys is on record talking about it as well as an Air Force pilot. Confirmed by two people that would both have at least secret if not top secret security clearances. I tend to believe it.
I had thought about this story prior to this comment and my conclusion is simple. If you come upon a scene with dead bodies and a nearby cave opening, you don't blindly enter the cave. Why risk your life and the lives of your crew? Simple logic is f the command and just toss grenades into the cave opening and call it a day!
Some soldiers get used to "it"( wartime horrors). A US GI was captured by Nazis but managed to kill a dozen of them single-handedly, the first several of them with his bare hands, and returned back to his unit. Even before that some other GIs confessed they felt uneasy in his presence and avoided to look into his "eyes of a beast'. Sometimes people are like that. Born-killers.

If your true and real and I'm true and real why then couldn't these "things" be real? Very well done short story. I love fiction, especially stories with a military connection. Very well thought out with some good examples of realism within the work. I would edit out the parts about the Plutonium and rewrite that reflects a mission to uncover an IED production site in the mountains. The Plutonium is good but a bit too much of a contradiction when compared with the many great examples of realism throughout the work. Thanks much for sharing and again well done!

I have heard several years ago maybe 20 years ago or maybe more but a soldier spoke of a 13 or 15 foot tall giant it's just been such a while back anyway the giant was in Afghanistan in a mountain where their were caves also. And the giant had red hair and hair on his shoulders he said it was a hugh man he had no clothes on. They were sent there on a secret mission the men that went on the same mission had never returned and his group of special forces where sent to find them and bring them back it only took a few days till they started finding their bodies and it sounds like they died just like this man was telling his story. Now the rest of what i remember he said when they got close and started shooting the giant picked up one of the men killed him in a horrible way .one of the men screamed his head shoot for his head i dont remember how many the giant killed with his bare hugh hands. They were able to finely killed the giant by a lot of shots to his head some how the military got the giant back to the united states along with all the soldiers that had been killed and he to was not supposed to tell anyone ever . he did keep it to his self like another one or 2 that made it out alive then one day i don't know if he had permission to tell the truth about their mission or not. But he finely told it and told where the military secretly kept the giants body to study it. I was a lot younger when i heard that story but after. a while i never thought about it anymore and don't even remember the young mans name that told it but after seeing this video i do think he was telling the truth there are many many more things that happen in this world guess it would be hard to believe unless to saw it yourself. I called it dumpistan and one time saw something running across very rough broken terrain at a distance of about two miles away going about 40? mph! It was twilight and was gone so fast no one else got to where I was to see it! For me to see it looked to be almost 9-10 feet tall! Had seen regular people in the area and were about half the height!

I have a story that still to this day haunts my memory. I was with the 5th special forces on patrol in Northern Afghanistan near the Uzbekistan border, we came across an ancient site not been touched since Alexander the great . The site was to say the least cursed for the blood spilled on this area awakened an ancient evil that was awakened by the armies of Alexander. They decicreated a holy site that brought forth a Djinn. I seen things my mind and eyes couldn't make sense of and even to this day the memory haunts me. I'm done for now because of the trauma its left me with to this day...

I don't believe the original story of this is fictional. I initially heard this a few years ago with less detail but very graphic on meeting the giant. A photo of the helicopter was shown airlifting something in a sling. it looked pretty heavy.

Thought this was maybe yet another version of, albeit way more descriptive and detailed, the Khandaher Giant story. Virtually all set-up is identical. Difference being a 9-12 foot giant wielding a 10 foot spear with ultra lethal precision. My dear Lord, how great though art indeed ! Stories such as this always make me eternally grateful for knowing Jesus Christ, knowing I am a child of the one true lord and savior, and benefitting the unconditional love of God. I’ve been to both Iraq and Afghanistan. From the Turkish border all the way to LSA anaconda. And in Afghanistan we were out of metherlam and went up in the mountains a fair bit. I never witnessed any like this at all. Sounds a bit far fetched but I have heard a couple stories about a giant. One story speaks of a group of marines going in and getting killed, sf then went in and killed it. One of the sf guys is on record talking about it as well as an Air Force pilot. Confirmed by two people that would both have at least secret if not top secret security clearances. I tend to believe it.
I had thought about this story prior to this comment and my conclusion is simple. If you come upon a scene with dead bodies and a nearby cave opening, you don't blindly enter the cave. Why risk your life and the lives of your crew? Simple logic is f the command and just toss grenades into the cave opening and call it a day!
Some soldiers get used to "it"( wartime horrors). A US GI was captured by Nazis but managed to kill a dozen of them single-handedly, the first several of them with his bare hands, and returned back to his unit. Even before that some other GIs confessed they felt uneasy in his presence and avoided to look into his "eyes of a beast'. Sometimes people are like that. Born-killers.

Just so you know they're not special forces units they're special operations special forces are the Green berets and that name was given to them by John f Kennedy just to clear things up with your story 75th ranger regiment marsog raiders seals they're all considered special operations and not considered special forces like I said special forces are the only ones that wear Green berets and special forces is their names it's best for operations consist of many units that operate within j-soc as listed above in and few more but , I did like your story

Very well done short story. I love fiction, especially stories with a military connection. Very well thought out with some good examples of realism within the work. I would edit out the parts about the Plutonium and rewrite that reflects a mission to uncover an IED production site in the mountains. The Plutonium is good but a bit too much of a contradiction when compared with the many great examples of realism throughout the work. Thanks much for sharing and again well done!
