Actually in India you get Curd. It's slightly different than Yoghurt. Curd is a natural coagulation of milk but in Yoghurt you add a particular bacterial strain.
Your video is really beautiful 😊 please come to explore west Bengal 😊 I'm a small creator from India 🇮🇳 west Bengal

In India so far I know you would find 62 types of soils .... This is perhaps laterite...not sure though...
Your face is really cute 😅
Why haven't you choose Hrishikesh in North India Yoga Capital, special ly its much closer to Delhi and relatively cold during this time of year ? The prices you written are not much less compared to top class Ayurvedic Healing and Spa.
I have been to Rishikesh quiet a few times and Vaidyagrama was recommended to me, so I wanted to explore southern India
SFO to Bengaluru has a nonstop Air India flight that would have been easier for you. From there, it is a short 50 minute flight to Coimbatore. You could also do a SFO to Coimbatore connecting Air India flight with a 5 hour layover in Mumbai.
Thank-you for this tip, hopefully it will help people planning their trip in the future
@@michellemartoneyoga You are very welcome. Hopefully it can help others. Have a great time!

I heard this time of the year is very hot over there in the cities, maybe be better in farm areas.
Yes, it was around 103 F/ 40 C everyday and even hotter inside the room I was provided. I ended up having to leave early due to heat stroke and dehydration.
@@michellemartoneyogasad 😔 hope you will come back
how much is average room and food treatment cost there
I was charged $120 USD per day (not including any treatments), with 800 USD advance. This price included internet and 3 meals per day. I was there for study which I was unable to complete due to health problems from heat and dehydration. I have asked for a partial refund for the days I was unable to stay. Hope this information is helpful when planning your trip.
India has 7 kinds of soil.
