    great incite with the legs being the start and end of the elbow bend. Just a tip for the future when utilizing two videos side by side: mute the audio of the second video in your video editing software so it doesn't get too distracting for the viewer to hear. Keep up the great work

    When you say the bend to get under are you referring to bending your elbow or the bend in your waist?

    Do you have any drills to help teach a muscle free swing?

      Yes the no step drill. Believe it or not that drill so so important when learning so many things. I definitely recommend lots, and lots of no step drills.

    Hey Coach C! So with the swing being free and gravity pulling the ball down, your unload or yo-yo release is all about timing at the realease point?

      Do you have any tips on how I can work on my release timing? I’m new to bowling and I have found out that it’s very very hard to stay consistent.

      @marklowe7137 oh absolutely one step drill!!! That is the best drill to learn to feel the bottom of your release

      You talk a lot of smoke for someone not saying anything!! I have taught this release to some now very high level bowlers. So I challenge you to this if you can beat one of them I will buy you a ball bag, and fill it with new balls. So either take the challenge, or keep your nonsense to yourself.

      @@badbadbowling101 Yeah probable. One thing I did notice. A lot of pros yo-yo the elbow close to the bottom of the swing. It doesn't even look like they bend the elbow unless you watch in slow motion. Guys like E.J Tackett does this and a bunch of others to many to name. I had no idea they were bending the elbow until I watched them in slow-mo.

      @scotthoward6070 it’s one of them things that you don’t know what you don’t know. Example you ever lose your keys? Then find them right in front of your face? 🤷🏽‍♂️. Also if you will up the top 50 pros all use the yo yo release just different variations. You do know what the bend is for right?
