How is this ideal, when we are assuming the fan speed is equal to the voltage input? in other words if i want a fan speed of 600 rpm, i wold also need a 600 volts supply. Or am i missing something here???

im using a stepper motor but no information on inertia, damping and back emf? is there any other solution?
