Give it a few minutes of straight listening to it and doing nothing else, for it to really kick in. Let your mind wander if it wants but def try to listen to the song w/out your phone in your hands or announcing texts, or notifications in general. May be hard at first but you got it! Def try to find that frequency or ring (what makes this thing work) and again, put the phone down for a little bit! And try to occasionally find that ringing tone that’s in there. Even if it’s in between thoughts of how dinosaurs are cool or a corny joke you recently heard. BUT even if you don’t notice it, your brain should recognize it and do its thing, but give it a few minutes or so *and with headphones* and don’t stop it when you feel it starting to work. Just go with it and do your work or chores etc with it on. That’s what helped me and my adhd brain so I figured I’d share lol. Good luck everyone!!
This legitimately worked. I have been trying to study well for 3 days, and today is the first day I finally focused and got through the BIG chunk of material I was struggling with. I am surprised and pleased by the effects.
This music has been helping score 80-85% bench mark in my mock exams :) Wish me luck for my exam in 12 days! Update: Every time someone likes my comments it motivates me more
4 weeks and 6 exams left of my nursing program and I need to buckle down and find a way to pack in these final lectures. Hoping this can help me tune out all the noise in my head and my house.
I've been trying to listen to Jazz to help me focus on my work, but I always seem to get more distracted than I want to be. These tones/sounds/beats definitely help me be more inclined in what I'm reading. I'll definitely be adding this to my liked videos to listen to when I need it. 😊
If you see this comment, I want to thank you for living with me on the same planet. You are not alone in this world. I hope this comment can make at least one person a little bit happy. This is all I want and wish good health to you ❤❤❤❤❤❤
it's like magic. I gave this a try and it's been playing for hours now and I was able to write the first 3 out lines for my first novel while taking care of my kids, making dinner and eventually putting them to bed. It reminded me of what I really wanted to stay focused on and anchored me to it. plus it cancelled out the otherwise, chaotic sounds of a household. it really seemed to pull everyone together in a mellow, peaceful way. Even when kid and mom threw a temper tantrum. It helped sooth out thoughts and emotions to get everyone back on track of coexisting in peace and love. Thank you.
How on Earth ???? .....for the first time in my life I have managed to be focused solely on my work for past 8h???? Thank you so much. This really works. :)
This music is a miracle!!!!!!! Thank you so much! I was able to finish a task that I've put off for two months in 10 mins. and was able to finish 2 more! thank you thank you!!!
was trying to finish some code for a big final & had so much anxiety listening to this. i finished in record time but i feel like i’m at the edge of a panic attack haha glad i’m not alone.
Same here, it makes me feel a little on edge and anxious. I found my perfect BGM to be "Soda Soda" by a Japanese producer (their "Aquamarine" one is great too), just search the name on YT if you're like me and prefer a more fun and bubbly track. I work on more creative things or do chores while listening though, not so sure how it works with other kinds of task
Us musicians call that "creating tension." Then, that feeling of relief when it goes back to the root note is called "resolution" or "resolving the tension."
Yes, some subliminal message tracks do that to me. I think the tingle is the neuron links changing. Essentially reprogramming your mind, in positive way.
I'm shocked tbh, it would take me hours to bring my focus to work but thanks to this music I have been studying for an hour without any breaks. Thanks!
Thank you for this!! I've been using this to help me stay focused at work. It gets hard when you have a cubicle and can hear everything else going on in the office. Putting in some headphones with this music really helps me stay focused :)
Kind advice my ADHD friends! If it work keep it in a focus playlist "right now", you will avoid searching meaning avoid potential distractions for you next work session Even better, bookmark your focus playlist in your browser and ride on that dopamine road my guys! 😎
I set a timer for 1 hour, thinking that might be too long. But wow, this music really helps! When the timer went off, I was suprised. It didn't feel like a full hour had gone by. I was instantly focused. o_O Thanks for this!
By FAR THE best ADHD background study music. I have been at my desk for 4:20 mins just plugging away at my doctoral research. The other background study music I have found sounds dark, unsolved mystery-ish and is distracting. Wish I would have found this one weeks ago, nevertheless, this will be on repeat tomorrow and for the next 6 weeks until I officially become DR! Thank you for your help! :-)
Igual yo!!! la uso para la tesis de la maestría, no exactamente esta, pero sí otra similar, y parece algo milagroso jaja Abrazos desde Perú @@celian1145
Congrats on your almost doctorate!! I know that challenge - focus is so difficult in the midst of buckets of data to analyze and wrestle into clear but unbiased interpretation and academic presentation. I achieved my Ed.D. in 2017 at the age of 62. I clearly remember crying for an hour with relief after I hit the “submit“ button for ERB approval of my dissertation. So happy for you!
Thank you so much @@CraftAddictedWendy! I am officially done and have completed my oral defense! I am officially a DR! WOW!!!!!!! The struggle, tears, and losses during my program was absolutely worth it!!! :-) I know you understand EXACTLY what I mean! Thank you for affirming my journey. You rock!
This allows me to fall asleep and stay asleep. It helps me shut my mind up. I am now able to get regular REM sleep. It's really quite fascinating, because as soon as the music ends I instantly wake up. A sincere thank you to whoever developed this.
Oh I like this one, it's a little lighter than the other ones I have bookmarked! I listen to your videos all the time while working from home (only for day job stuff, to kinda train my brain) and it helps me so much to keep on track and get through tasks that the chipmunks in my brain find unrewarding. Thank you for making these. Off to prep invoices! lol
This music is wonderful. It’s as if its gentle rhythm with high pitches and low hits fills the empty spaces in my brain. It might sound a little weird, but I just wanted to express how much I love it. Helps you concentrate much better than a playlist with familiar songs (at least for me). Thank you very much.
Wow. this actually worked, I had to write abstracts for 3 classes today, somwthing I've been putting otf until the last minute for weeks now. And the music really helped me focus and get it done much faster than normally.
Any music for neurotypical relief? Because that's what is ridiculously distracting and disabling. My ADHD self is fine thanks. Great tunes and love this work.
If I open two browsers with this, and play both at slightly different times - it's amazing for my focus. I usually play vids at 1.5 speed too. It's very helpful.
Listening to this music makes me feel like a great Machiavellian mind working out large-scale plans when all I'm doing is writing a dissertation on my organization. At least it helps me focus. So thanks you Greenred productions ;)
i dont know how to say but THANK YOU for MADE THIS VEDIO and thank you RUclips for recommend me this amazing vedio, this is the first time i can calm and focus to do my work in about reccent 3 months!!!
Thank you! I'm a bit picky listener but I absolutely love this. It's activating enough so that my ADHD-paralyzed brain and body are waking up but still calm and kind of soothing at the same time. :)
I found this channel and spent the next 30 minutes researching binaural beats' positive effects. I'm back. Now I'll read the comments for just a sec...
Crazy how everyone's brains are different.. I've been clinically diagnosed with ADHD and this doesn't help me one bit. It actually make me worse... haha All I can focus on is the bass line and the urge of needing to hit the start button because the loading screen has been playing for way too long and my eyes want to move back and forth. Calming music does not help me, because a normal brain can calm down with "calming" music, but on my end of things, I need music that is overly stimulating for my brain to actually shut down and relax. That's why I listen to Metalcore Instrumentals! Great song but it's too calm for me to listen to it. haha
Excellent upload! Everyone has always said my music taste was weird. Nice to see so many fellow "weird" ones in here. I play music like this constantly -- have for as long as I can remember. (It was not easy to find many moons ago.)

Thank you for creating such a helpful and relaxing video. I look forward to watching more of your content!
