(Apologies if you've already read this comment before... for some reason, it keeps disappearing.)
Hello again. I have good news to share! I took an early vacation to visit family, and I was able to find my BrickMaster Magazine collection and scan the September/October 2005 issue containing the High Voltage Half-Track building instructions as promised! However, for some reason, every time I try linking to it in a comment here on RUclips, the comment mysteriously vanishes a few seconds later! I don't know if Google is flagging the URL as potential spam. But you can now find the High Voltage Half-Track instructions uploaded on Brickipedia, and the entire magazine issue uploaded on the Internet Archive.
Aside from that, it's good to see that you're still working out how to build the alternate models for LEGO Dino Attack! I got 7473, 7474, and 7476 in mid-2005 and they all have the alternate models on the box, but I got 7477 in late-2005 and it doesn't have the alternate model (I never owned 7475), so it does line up with the theory that these were removed from later production runs. However, while I see photos on the internet of 7476 and 7477 boxes with and without the alternate models, every photo I see of the 7473, 7474, and 7475 boxes always has the alternate model. So I'm not sure that they were removed from ALL sets, just the largest two. I've got my own theory why.
7476 and 7477 had a "box flap" in the early production runs. You used to see these on big LEGO sets; you could lift up a flap on the front of the box and see extra close-up pictures, advertised features, and such for the set. The later Dino Attack production runs removed this box flap, and all of its content was moved to the back of the box, leaving so little room left for the alternate model that it was removed entirely. So, my guess is that the alternate models weren't removed because of Dino 2010, but rather because of removing the box flap.
It's also likely LEGO never intended for the Dino Attack models to have building instructions, and these were merely meant to inspire kids to build different models with the sets. LEGO used to have "inspiration models" all the time, which were official alternate models without any released instructions, but these got phased out in the mid-2000s reportedly because of parents complaining about the lack of instructions. So I imagine that when deciding what to cut from the later production runs, the alternate models were considered more expendable than the sets' features and the artwork displaying the other sets in the theme.
If you ever intend to try building the 7476 and 7477 alternate models, I'm definitely looking forward to it!

That is great to hear! I can’t wait to finally see the full instructions!! thank you, I really appreciate it :)
Additionally, and the smaller boxes have a link to the Lego website directly under the picture of the alternate model. And on the larger boxes, it’s down towards the bottom of the box, with text separating it from the picture. But still this leads me to believe that they may have been considering releasing instructions for said models.
And finally, yes, I do plan on building and reviewing the remaining models. I have the iron predators alternate already recorded, and I am really struggling to try and build the T-1’s. If you know anyone who can help me, please let me know.

You know... I like the other model it feels like a sniper or artillery version of the other vehicle.
