I got mad respect for your recording and editing skills. You have criminally low views and subscriber counts compared to your amazing production quality. I'm here getting hype for my own adventure thru-hiking Te Araroa that I'll be starting in January. Hopefully I'll be able to record my journey half as well as you. I did the Appalachian Trail two years ago and I can't wait to return to the highs and lows of long-distance human-powered journeying. There's something special about a clear summit view after you've been out in the rain for a few days. The suck makes the good times all the better by comparison.
Another truly amazing video, Dan. I’ve been following along since Alaska, and patiently await each video update. Your perseverance and infectious optimism is as wonderful as your production quality. Fantastic work. Can’t wait for the next one! 🧡🚲
I look forward to your new videos. They are my favorite on RUclips and have seen everyone. I tend to watch them on Sunday mornings best way to start the day. Your optimism and positivity are inspirational.
Always excited when you drop a new video and to see more of your adventures! You always are so positive no matter the struggles you endure! I love seeing all the animals and how the local people live.
That hike-a-bike looked BRUTAL Dan!! I love your spirit of adventure and willingness to go off the beaten path. Thank you for sharing your journey with us as you head south. I lived in Costa Rica for about 6 years in the early 90's and did a lot of mtn biking in the central valley. I'm sure you'll love it there once you arrive. Let me know when you get closer and I'll share some contacts. Happy Travels!!
Dan, I’m so excited to see Oaxaca with you! Your videos are always so beautiful, I feel so lucky to see these out of the way landscapes! Cheers, stay safe. ❤
Another great vid. Love your optimistic sense of adventure. What a great loop to ride, I feel most of us missed this beauty and adventure when in Oaxaca.
Very enjoyable, thanks for sharing. Maybe it would be an idea to get yourself a small selection of suitable nuts and bolts the next time you pass a hardware shop as well as a thread locking solution, something like Park Tool TLR-1. But make sure it is one that can be removed with hand tools.
Thanks Dan for putting in the work to film this. The running joke is that the cameraman always does what the subject does, only while carrying the camera too. You've got the camera and the bike. You're an absolute legend. That mud trail was wild. As always, thanks for showing us the simple beauty of the world we all live in from a unique and positive perspective. Travel safe, I always look forward to your posts.
Looks like the friend you had on your previous video bailed out. Definitely it is a long journey and challenging along the way and it takes a strong mindset to keep going. Great video and as usual picturesque and very depictive information. Thank you Dan cheers from Oregon.
Amazing journey. I watched this in 2 sessions and I was really immersed! So impressed You never shy away from taking an extra mile or a few 100 😮The drone shots and music were fantastic as always - usually you don’t have songs with lyrics but it added a nice flavor.
Love your videos. You have cajones to do what you’re doing. I just got back from Oaxaca but didn’t go much outside the city. Beautiful scenery and people. Thanks !
Another brilliant video Dan. I love your enthusiasm and your climbing power was awesome. The hike up that hill was amazing. I thought I did well this year in Strasbourg where I had to carry the bike up two flights of stairs because the lift was broken. Would love to know how you navigate. Safe travelling 👏👍🇮🇪
I've watched every video so far. Great work, I know it's not easy. Keep your spirits up and the great videos coming! Next time, I think you should try the 7 am mezcal. When in Rome....
Again a great one, thanks Dan. Very kind to you to climb *again* this slope to retrieve the camera :-) the result is perfect, from my comfy couch. Are you carrying both a tripod and tent sticks ? No way to share that uses ?
Simply stunning. Thanks for sharing your continued journey.

The mud climb is insane...
some of the best pot i ever had was from here!!!
What an amazing excursion! A question…do you ever worry about the dogs or are they all friendly?
9:32 first I thought it’s a eagle flying which is out of focus. Later realised it’s a dot on lens/sensor 😅
in what app are you recording your routes? thanks!
👍
What was that long raccoon at 15:08?
Think it is a coati
@@tonybonner3156 definitely a Coati
did anyone see the face in stone at 30:59
Your facial expression showed clearly discomfort.
Great video!
