@@SweatySheetsIt's the exact same thing for us here in the states, though it might taste different. I haven't had the pleasure of trying the one in the UK. But the way Captain explained it is similar to how I'd describe it.
@@elchancho7959 it's basically just margarine but marketed as tasting like butter to the point you wouldn't know the difference. I was just curious since your red m&ms are made with red 40 and ours are beetles. Your Fanta is dyed orange, ours is a natural yellow colour from the flavouring. I know these things don't affect the taste but high fructose corn syrup is a thing that's never used in the UK, but it's in all your fizzy drinks

But in gta 4 the lost and damned, in the mission "was it worth it"
Your being chased by mafia and the objective is to simply kill them before you get killed.
Well in the game you gain access to clay and terry both are contacts that you can call when your in a pinch.
Well during the mafia chase i called terry for some backup, well instead of arriving in their bikes, instead they plan an ambush for you to drive to and ambush the mafia.
The game never prompted me about calling terry and clay during that specific situation for triggering the ambush.
I only got prompted about calling backup is when its introduced in earlier in the game.
Man that is awesome.
Here’s another detail from Another Crabs Treasure. You see, the team who worked on this also made Going Under, which had Jackie’s brain with a crown and eyes. Now whilst not quite as impressive, if you look inside Krill, you can see it’s heart
Going Under is a blast! I didn't realize this game came out yet. I am gonna gave to go pick it up. Kinda want it on Switch because I am not expecting a graphics masterpiece. What platform do you have it on? Cool fact btw
A few weeks ago in the robot pvp game when you shoot the arrow at the commentators it’s a reference to hunger games two having a forcefield around the spectators. (In the section of training in hunger games 2)
I think Trail Out is a major reference to the Flat Out Franchise when they were developed by their original developers BugBear Entertainment.
In buckshot roulette, with the waiver for God, it shows that the dealer now owns everything god had.
This is shown when you die fully and go to "Heaven" as its shown with the black toothy spikes and desolate ashen everything as the dealer changed heaven in his own image basically.

That I swear to god if this is not butter joke on the lid is also an inside joke for anyone living in the southern US as us southerners would almost exclusively use those large butter/margarine containers for leftovers
Also nice to point out that since Another Crab's Treasure's developer is Aggro Crab, the same people who made Going Under, the cans that you can use for your shells are cans from Fizzle, a beverage startup you interned in on Going Under. A pretty neat and subtle callback to their first game

My theory is that there's a ghoul wandering the wastelands assembling and posing the skeletons for his own amusement.
In minecraft's halloween mashup pack there is a reference to John Carpinter's The Thing.
hi captain i found 2 easter eggs 1 hidden detail and one wierd thing that i dont know if its something
1 easter egg: in fortnite there is a new midas skin that has challanges the first one is called midas rise the second one is called et tu brutus thats a refference when brutus stabbed ceasar to death bc thats what ceasar said (i dont know if you can still find this one)
2 easter egg: in another crabs treasure there is a shop and you can buy a shell thats calld imposter if you see it you will know what its from
hidden detail: in the first spiderman game if you fast travel you sit in the train but when the sabel agents shoot at you while flying trough the city if you fast travel then you will hide outside the train
and if you play call of duty modren warfare 2 in the level hornets nest in the first big open fight area if you hold right till you hit a small building if you go trough that you have to exit using the otehr door and than on the buildings your facing you find a bunch of plam leaf looking plants if you go trough them you will find it
I don't know if this was covered or not before. Fallout 4, when you go to save Nick Valentine. The terminal you use to open the door has an option to take a number to visit the overseer. If you take a number up to 1000. It will say "all slots filled for the year"
It's just small but a fun thing.
One cool detail in l4d2.
Your teammates will voice their displeasure if you shoot at them. But, if you do so while there's a tank nearby, they will _ not so politely _ critizese your bad aim.
Same with Mass Effect, where - although friendly fire won't hurt them - they will _not_ takr kindly to being shot at.
Something I saw in fallout 4; If you fire a minigun and hold it over something like a mirelurk, the glow of the hot barrel reflects off of the shell!
another detail from another crabs treasure is that in the sands between, you can find a tribute to fredrick, which is a fish another youtuber (michael reeves) had that would trade stocks, you can even get him as a stowaway so he follows you around
also the receipts in town read CnD eez nuts gottem
I dont know if you mentioned it already, but if you stand on a scale in Hitman it will show 47 as an easter egg. (Works in multiple levels)

The Heartkelp in Another Crabs Treasure reminds me of the Heart of Te Fiti from Moana, and the protagonist is a crab so...
A lot of retro games have some pretty great idle animations. My favorites were Earthworm Jim and VectorMan.
I'm not sure if this has been covered in the past, but in Red Dead Redemption 2, at least in multiplayer, when you slowly pull the trigger on a controller, it slowly cocks the hammer back on your gun until you pull it completely. You can even release it slowly to not fire

Gotta wonder how durable those amusement park rides are in Fallout. The blast was enough to instantly kill the people in the surrounding area, but not enough to cause the metal parts to fall apart.
I can’t believe it’s not butter is a pretty popular brand. It is so popular, there is a whole subreddit where people show brands that have names similar to I can’t believe it’s not butter.
Not sure why people would be upset with the gun. RE4 had the rocket launcher so you could skip a boss you didn't like.
Main difference is that you need to buy the rocket launcher, it takes up inventory space, and you can't buy it until chapter 5.
The gun is just an accessibility setting, and a fun one at that. I recall that Psychonauts 2 had an invincibility toggle, but that's not as cool as this.

Something cool about the butter Easter egg is that butter is made from cream or milk while margarine is made with oils, so you can tell from the ingredients that it actually IS butter.

In Another Crabs Treasure, if you scan the QR codes scattered around the town, it leads you down to a deeper Easter egg
The skeleton in the trash might be a reference to Indiana jones hiding in a fridge to escape the nuke, but it’s probably a stretch
Maybe, maybe not. But I'm leaning towards the former because Fallout had made a reference to that moment before.

Hidden detail in Undertale:
If you “win” the Nabstablook fight, the game tells you “you lose 1 experience point”, but checking your EXP shows nothing happens. This is an early hint to the true nature of EXP in Undertale, which is later revealed to stand for *Execution* points, not _experience_ points. This is why your EXP is unaffected. Essentially, the game is subtly hinting to you that EXP isn’t what you think it is.
I think the trash skelly ducked in there in a desperate attempt to survive the blast.

At 7:40 the skeleton and the teddy bear might be a reference to Childish Gambino's song '3005'.
In the videoclip you see him and the bear on a similar ride and it slowly deteriorates.
Some detail I found out just now.
In The Finals character creation screen, and if you have ZERO background music on, and zoom in your characters face, you can hear them breathing through their nose.

Shipwreck 64 also messes with the pause screen after a certain point. It also uses the black side bars to give a good scare but also as a warning.
Im not sure if youve covered it but in fallout 4 when you go inside the building of commonwealth if you talk to preston while already having power armor on itll have a different dialogue then you would if you didnt have one
Regarding the difficulty settings in Krill. Control did the same thing and I thought it was really nice be able to specifically tweak certain settings in the game to either make it easier or harder on the gameplay.
the fallout trash skeleton 8:16 makes me think of that one prank that got someone killed for hiding in a trashcan... just a dark one for ya

Near the Vault Tec University in Fallout 76, you can find 2 Skeletons leaning on a shield, wearing the partyhats you can collect in vault 76
I've been playing another crabs treasure too. Another fun detail for you even though so far through the story I haven't found a reason for it but if you go up to a wall and turn the camera towards krill where his body is transparent you can also see that he's got a beating heart animation as well as a fun little Easter egg for one of the skins being a Mr Krabs skin
Not sure if you’ve included this before, but its worth a shot. In RDR2, when you first reach the first real campsite(near the town of Valentine) there is a mission that involves a bar fight. After winning the fight against the man that throws you out the window you can find him in a later mission (A Quiet Time) sitting at a table. If you try to speak to him he just mumbles and growls, clearly brain damaged from the beating you gave him earlier.
The God thing in buckshot roulette is actually a part of the ARG connected to the game! The contract is a piece of the puzzle if I recall correctly
The main character of Fallout 4, the Lone Survivor, is a synth. You’re able to use VATS without a Pitboy on the beginning of the game and there’s a terminal you can find that explains that the new models of synths are able to use VATS without any external hardware. I think there’s a weird conversation you can have with your son that confirms this as well

The survivors will have specific "Get to/Run to the escape" lines depending on whether or not they're in the rescue zone. Depending on the campaign, some may only have dialogues whilst inside, and vice versa.
When the escape music starts, survivors can no longer call out any SI, or weapons/items.
It may be worth mentioning that the gun in Another Crab's Treasure is borrowed from another game, Squirrel with a Gun
A cool hidden detail, in Kingdom Hearts 3, when you get to the big hero 6 world, you’ll be able to pull of a team attack with Baymax called interceptor wing. Now if you try and fly towards people the attack will cancel and Donald will say “you can’t do that here Sora, that’s dangerous”
In Helldivers 2 (2024), a few details are made by the devs that are really mind blowing.
First, if you use a Jump-Pack Stratagem, each use of the Jump-Pack will burn a little of your cape. The more you use it, the more the cape get destroyed.
Second, if you are covered with guts, blood or Oil, trying to dive or prone into a place filled with water will wash your armor. Yes, you take a bath.
Finally, since the 1.000.301 update, holding a Senator revolver and long pressing the reload button will allow your Helldiver to spin the revolver like a gunslinger, Ocelot style.
New mistery things in cs2 : go to vertigo map , navigate to construction tower or something like that
You should check out sea of stars game you can find one island that has a cave with interesting details

Hi captain. I just found a Over use easter egg from fallout 76. In Whitespring golf club, in a frige, we can found à clown with a red balloon. I think is a easter egg from "It" and the frige scene.. but im not sure.
In ac valhalla. There is an idle animation where synin (your bird) will land on your shoulder and eivor will say a line of dialogue. The camera will then continue to spin around your character. It's small but pretty cool.

There dis game call sheepy small adventure, I do recommend everyone to play it, is really fun. So in the game if you pause it everything move slowly. I learn that the hard way, when I gotten the double jump and when I needed to run my brother call me so I pause the game and everything was moving slow untill I got eliminated.
in the new hades 2 game at the final boss, you cant pause either. the boss unpauses for you which is cool imo
In trail out frank wood could either be a reference to 2 or 3 characters. Like he looks like chuck greene from dead rising 2 and has frank woods name from call of duty or frank wood as in frank west just west is replaced by wood or it could be a reference to all 3 of those characters.

I think I found something in fallout 4 I played again after the update and I found a super hero or something scratched in the wall in the red rocket gas station right as you walk in the door right next to the corvega assembly plant and the Slocum joes coffee shop...I went to multiple red rocket gas stations and did not see it anywhere else
