The bike is AMAZING! ...but watching you assemble it without grease, especially the steering bearings, really hurts! Hope that it's just for the camera...
its literally twice as robust as it needs to be , cant believe 119lb is the record 😂. Do you even know how strong a 20'' mtb trials bike is ? My rear tyres a 2.5'' maxxis its around 1300gr it survives 14ft drops to concrete , full bike is 16lb and almost all aluminium , Go make your entire wheel tyre hub spoke set up half the weight , , i'd build a light nimble flickable bike for sub 65lb without even trying 😐
I ride both MTBs and off-road motorcycles, including some moto trials. Bicycle parts can withstand some impressive impacts and loads. As you already mentioned bicycle trials has some significant drops, downhill has high speed hits, even to ride a pumptrack at race speed requires some impressive lateral stiffness, but I think none of it compares to the torque that's delivered by a motorcycle engine. It would just warp the lightweight components. Kids electric trials bikes are around 65lbs, but I don't see how a full-size, competition capable bike with a proper engine and battery size could be built close to that weight.
Dragon Fly, it's reli my dream bike since the petrol engine, this is another high level bike, light weight and low seat high, hopefully affordable 👍👍👍
Que línda Moto y qué impresionante peso el conseguido.
Saludos a La Madre Patria. 🙌👍

Yeah I thought the same on the head stem assembly, few other no-no's I spotted but a wicked bike at that weight nonetheless.
Too much of a weight penalty to add grease 😅
You forgot to install the calipers, prime the MC's and bleed the lines.
Work of working art right there though.
How much does this car weigh?
Can you send it to me to try now in Australia😁
Ух мне бы такой 🤝👍

Why does an electric bike need a clutch?
for some specific skills inherents specially to modern trial.
