@@BethRamsden It is a shame but Kid Kreations no longer have the licence. According to Pedigree hopefully there will be someone else take the licence but know one knows when or who. It is a bigger shame as it is Sindys 60th Birthday this year 🥰

Yay! You got a Sindy - my childhood favourite here in Canada! I loved my Barbies, but my Sindys were my special little friends!! Your new girl is so gorgeous, and the outfit you created is perfect on her. I find Sindys as much fun to dress, knit and sew for as Blythes are. Actually, I always sort of considered Blythe to be sort of a VERY exaggerated Sindy, in a way, haha. I love both so very much!! Congrats on your beautiful new girl!!!

The outfit looks very beautiful on your Sindydoll. I haven't seen any Sindydolls since I was a child; nowadays I only see Barbiedolls in the store and here in Germany also Steffiedolls and some very cheap unknown fashiondollbrand. But here used to be Fleur, Sindy, Steffie dolls besides Barbie. I always wondered where the other dolls went... Good to see these new Sindies :)

I didn’t realise you didn’t have any Sindy dolls! Congratulations on your first. They are lovely dolls. I was super lucky to get the first wave for Christmas 2021 and the second wave for. Christmas last year from all my family 😊. She looks great in your little outfit.

Weird, I didn't know they were making them again. Not sure what it is, but she doesn't look quite as cute as the Vintage originals, is the face rounder maybe? I loved Sindy back in the 70's but my all time favourite was Mary Quant's Daisy. I used to soend all my pocket money on her outfits while Sindy and Barbie spent their sad, neglected lives in lumpy hand knitted lime green dresses a friend's mother made for them 😂
Looking at a vintage Sindy alongside this new one and I think it's that the hairline is much lower now.... the old style Sindy had more forehead action going on!

My daughter recently decided to invest 25 euros with the Cindy and Doll Pyramid Selling Agency Vancouver , approximately two weeks later a woman telephoned from Italy to tell her that her doll collection was worthless because she had cut their hair! What can we do about this?
