such a great mobility rountine! Tom Merrick also has great videos where he talks throughout explaining what each stretch does and how to get more out of them!
I lift weights and I have a desk job - I'm stiff as a board. Finally I found mobility routine that gives me relief, helps me with getting rid of that body stiffness and pain. Not over-complicated, effective and allround - love it! Thank you for putting this together, it's my daily routine from now on :)
I so appreciate your comment and sharing bits from your life!! This truly means so much to me - being able to give back to the community in some way. Keep up the hard work, glad to have you around! 👋🏼😊
Go slow because it is way too fast for most of the people I train with and teach .. this is not good for 90% over 30s.... which never practise strectching
Wow that was amazing! I honestly thought it was going to be easy stretches….less than 30 minutes later I’m sweating like crazy and my body feels so good. Thank you❤️
I've been seeing so many mobility training programs lately and didn't know where to start. I've done a lot of yoga, but this is the first "mobility" workout I've ever done. This feels like exactly the thing I needed that I didn't know I needed.
I love the pace and the repetition of the movements. If you miss it the first round, it's coming right back. The timers were very helpful and I appreciated the lack of talking. Easy to follow and feels great!
I can't believe how much my body needed this, it was honestly like a big breath of fresh air through all my body, what a great way to exercise ! I was going to do some cardio because thats what I do each Friday but I was feeling so sore and tired from my previous workouts, so that was just THE perfect video for me. Thank you!
Love your videos!!! I love the clip that shows what’s coming up next, I love the timer, and I love that you don’t say a bunch of empty motivational fluff! Just simple workouts that make me feel great! 💗
Just getting back into my fitness journey .... and adding mobility this time... first round of mobility. Alreasy sore and surprised how hard it is! Love it! Keep making more 🤩
The shoulder work is beautiful. I added in an internal rotation in the lunge/external hip rotation sequence and wow, was that crunchy! Danke Julia. Another sweaty, happy start to my day.
Hands down the best mobility routine I've ever seen on RUclips. I've been on here for over a decade and a half watching all different types of routines from yoga, mobility, primal, calisthenics...this blends genres between almost all of those. Simple yet brilliant. You definitely got a sub from me....beyond impressed. Exactly what my body needed! Can;t wait to check out your other content!
this is beautiful!!! I just did it and the sweat that pops from tight joints in unreal. I can finally feel oxygen going to unknown places! Thank youuuuuuu !!

Thanks to you I am back to getting active after no motivation or desire to workout. Thank you for these videos I will share them with all who I know would benefit from them!
I will be 50 in a few months. I still lift, run, and bike but recovery takes longer now. It doesn't help that I have a desk job. I started yoga in 2022 and it has been a great help. I know I should include some mobility work in my routine. After doing this video you have a new fan. I will definitely be adding 2 to 3 of mobility workout to my week. Thanks!
This is awesome Byron 👏🏼 Love the variety of training styles as well! 😍 You might find value in adding some of my short mobility warm ups before workouts or running ☺️
The toughest thing with mobility is that its difficult to track "gains", like you do with weight training. That makes it difficult to get motivated and stick with it over time. These follow-along videos really help, just got to get it in your routine.
First video of yours that I’ve found/done, I’m going roller blading after work but wanted to get in some stretching before hand and this just felt so great. And I still managed to sweat a little bit. Thank you will definitely be returning to your videos
So grateful for these mobility routines… mobility is too underrated yet crucial to long-term health and muscle building. Glad I’m getting in the habit of doing it early in my strength training journey and couldn’t do it without you Julia! ❤
Wow, I just did this, and it was just what the doctor ordered. Feeling great and looking forward to your other workouts. Thanks for making this available to us. Stay blessed and beautiful.
I have no idea why the algorithm recommended me this at an insomniac night at 2 am but I saved and did it first thing in the morning. thanks. that was pretty good
Love it as an addition to the usual yoga strength & mobility poses! A lot more intensive, too. The cossack squat -> mountain cliimber was tough, and exercised those hams more than other exercises I had done before.
Getting back into working out after breaking my ribs, and experiencing a lot of injuries during weight lifting. This was great. Pilates wasn't heavy enough for me and too core focused. This was dynamic, challenging and fun!
I have been searching for a good mobility flow for some time now. I'm so happy I found your channel! These videos are exactly what I needed! I feel great after this workout. Keep up the good work and see you in the next video! ❤

🙏🏼🙏🏼 Let me share w/ you my motto after 10 years of training: ‘If you prioritize function over aesthetics, you‘ll get both.’ So don’t be hard on yourself - instead find a way of moving/training that you truly enjoy and want to stick with! Yes nutrition is an integral part but if we feel like we’re restricting ourselves all the time, we’re less likely to build long-lasting habits and find joy in the process. 😊🙏🏼

But I'm finally coming to terms with age and spent all morning researching mobility, determined to improve. The challenge was finding a routine that felt challenging and rejuvenating. You are simply amazing. Thank you!
Intense is the right word to describe this mobility routine. I was really sweaty after finishing it, but my body felt amazingly. So thanks for pushing me through that routine!
I am 36 years old with a job that requires sitting most times of the day. I've been searching for mobility exercises out there but this is the only one I found that works, easy to follow and it actually works. it's part of my daily routine now. Thank you Julia.. love from the Philippines!
This is exactly what I've been looking for. I started calisthenics 20 months ago to help with my spinal injuries. I've built lots of strength, but I'm still rigid and inflexible. I'm going to study this video and put it into practice.
Probably the best routine I've found so far! Perfect to find one where you don't need to buy foam rollers, resistance bands etc. I'm mainly doing weightlifting and since stretching have been something I've done very half-heartedly for a few minutes after workout I started to get really unflexible and stiff. Can't say that I can do all these excercises with proper form yet, but I'm getting there.
This is my very favorite workout for mobility, easy to follow, no talking (I lose focus on the movement when I’m trying to listen), good music, clear camera angle. A low impact, slow paced workout that allows me to isolate and focus on movement and form. Thank you thank you thank you! Doing this EVERYDAY🎉

Just did this follow along for the first time and my body hasn't felt this good in a long time. Amazing. Thank you, thank you, thank you so much for this. Will be doing this at least 3x per week. 🤗
I’d suggest weekly to start with! Instead of doing it daily, add in some shorter mobility videos to your training (I have a 5 min. routines playlist). Your wrists and other structures will need some time to adapt to the type of training (ground-based). 🤗
Thank You 🎉 Thank you 🎉… For taking the time to do these videos for the world. This workout was funkin GREAT! I never done a mobility workout like this before! 😊

Check out my shoulder routines then 😍👏🏼
Thanks for creating this video, i started this morning and i found challenging. Im going to try and do this routine daily.
I’d suggest weekly to start with! Instead of doing it daily, add in some shorter mobility videos to your training (I have a 5 min. routines playlist). Your wrists and other structures will need some time to adapt to the type of training (ground-based). 🤗
Incredible body - huge respect, that is a lot of work and discipline!
thank you 🙏🏼
