Have you, your wife or both of you stand by your son crib while he is sleeping just staring at him at said " I/ we made this kid" ? I know right! We never thought simple act like staring at your child for hours could be so heavenly amazing until we became parents ourselves. Keep on doing that because it never gets old. You will see little changes in him every day. Wait when he calls you Papa, your heart will melt. Both of my kids said Dada first. My husband cried both times. Parenting does not come with instructions and all kids are different. Trust your instincts and go with the flow. As long as your baby is happy and growing you are doing a good job.
