It's so hard to see this actor as a decent person for a change. He almost always portrays scummy characters and he does it very well. What I have to laugh at is that his dad is American and the son is from Eastern Europe I guess. Some things you just have to try to not take notice of. I give them credit for all their hard work.

I do have my fav though...S.A. and he usually plays the worst kind of person imaginable and is very good at it. He did play a "nice" guy twice...but you can still see the "bad" in him.

OMG my second favorite actor who normally plays the bad boy character really owned the father character. He had such a great adoration for his daughter-in-law recognizing her cooking talent; He did not take his selfish cheating son's side but confronted and corrected him. Nate played that male chauvinist character very well; it is amazing how lie to his wife with a straight face but he played it well. The woman that played nates wife is not only a great actress but naturally beautiful. Fabulous ending!

Telling that wonderful woman who was so good to him that he does not want her EMBARRASSING him at his party?? In front of his "important guests". You know what I would do if I was her? I would serve him up with his DIVORCE PAPERS right in front of EVERYONE bringing her divorce lawyer as her "guest" to the party. What is more the divorce papers would be wrapped up in a box with ribbon and wrapping paper so he would open it up THINKING it was a gift. Also in that box would be photographs of him with the woman he was cheating on her with (maybe with hidden camera).

They say its the thought that counts. As long as I have people I love and close friends being nice to me on my birthday I don't even care that much what the cake tastes like. "Mother hates and despises her eldest child, but the reason for this rejection is strong."
A mother has two sons and a daughter.
The two youngest ones she loves and treats them with affection, but the eldest one she rejects, despises and hates him.
Even with all this rejection, he's a good guy and tries to do everything to please his mother, but she never lets him get close and can't bear to look at him right.
While the two children receive affection and love, the eldest receives contempt and anger.
The mother praises the two children and speaks ill of the eldest, the eldest stays in the corners crying and very sad, asking why his mother treats him this way and the other brothers do not.
One day.
The mother gets sick and the two brothers go out to have fun while the older one stays at home and decides to take the medicine to his mother, she asks about the children and says they left, but she says she wants them to take care of her and not hers. firstborn and sends him out.
The son leaves in tears, the mother calls him and screams to give him a blanket, the son tired of all that contempt decides to confront his mother and asks why this eternal rejection for him and this adoration of his brothers.
The reluctant mother says he doesn't have to know anything.
But the son in tears begs on his knees to know why.
The mother, seeing her son's supplication, gives in and explains that unlike him, the brothers were granted out of love and without any sin. The son asks if it wasn't like that with him.
The mother says that when she was young, she was walking down a street and a stranger came and grabbed her. He was the result of abuse and that is why she could not love and see him as a child, as it is a reminder of that disgusting horror. And that every time she looked at him, that image popped into her head. The son is shocked and says he's not to blame for what happened and doesn't deserve this contempt, the mother replies and says he's not to blame either. Mom says she can't love him. Her parents told her to take this baby away, but she didn't dare, but whenever she looks at it, there comes the memory of that horrible day. But she wants to be a good mother as she is to his brothers and he doesn't deserve that.
The son says he loves her many times and will always be his mother.
The two embrace and forgive each other.
The truth set free.
And she becomes a real mother and the son gets the love he wanted so much.
THE END.
The story is based on real facts, on the story of children who are the result of sexual abuse who live with the rejection of a mother who is victims of this form of violence.
I loved this video!! Loved the ending!! The cheater got what he deserved and Lauren got the wonderful job as chef and partner of father in laws restaurant.
