    We don't make it like this in Andhra. We cut the dondakaya into much smaller pieces. We simply season and fry it. Add turmeric, chilli powder and salt. This way we can taste the vegetable. Each vegetable has it's unique taste. Dousing with masalas will deprive you of those different tastes.
